Tourist asked and Guard said he could . The Guards need to enforce the all the rules not just for some . Only way to stop petting zoo is to put up a sign that says stay away from the horse or put up some kind protection for the horse . Until they all enforce the rules every single time it's not gonna work.,won't matter how many signs are posted even the new one that was put up with a picture of the horse head and a hand with line going through it to show don't touch yet some guards let the tourist touch the horses still.
@@cashew515 yes,i have donated towards upkeeps of horses .. because i care for animals ..this guard is totally useless, with that sign there which his bosses in authority put there & he’s making flows instead of following it & then biting his lip as the policeman had to step in?..he needs to be given a written notice about going against the ones in power..1 does it, everyone watches that.. they all do it

It’s the soldiers fault entirely, he engaged in a conversation with the man, allowed him to touch the horse and opened the floodgates for others to follow suit. It is not the police’s responsibility to enforce the rules, the soldiers ALL need to deter anyone touching the horses.

He goes straight back and strokes the horse again and an elderly lady does too.. WHAT HAVE THEY GOT TO DO TO STOP IDIOTS TOUCHING THE HORSE, Maybe give the guards a tazer, that should stop them!!!!! 😂😂😂
