thank you for this video, def helps a lot. im trying to learn so i can do this to my car and just the little resources dosent help, so thank you for putting these informative vids out for sure man! hopefully one day ill get there lol!
If you live in a place like washington where it rains a lot. I would stick to top mount turbo kits. I would stay away from mid or rear mount. If you can’t find any set-ups like that. Then vortech supercharger would be your best bet
Is 7.5k for boosting a g35 a good deal? so for me I got a used vortech v-2 kit with an upgraded intercooler for 1700$ Supercharger was seized so for exactly 2000$ I got it brand new from vortech with a warranty. So that’s 3700$ Then I spent around 2950 for all the vortech bolts and hardware, plus the 1000cc injectors, fuel pump, gauges, etc. So that’s it. should cost 650 for the labor hours on tuning. then lastly 950 for long tube headers. And there was also a 75mm throttle body upgrade in the 2950 purchase from Z1. SO FINAL FUNDS BECAME 7,550$ Is that good for a full boost kit?
@@BrokeG37 I mean boosting in general will cost around that much anyways off the shelf kit itself is around that much. So not a bad deal at all under 10k
