As a former instructor, I use to tell my class of future leaders that three out of ten will support you immediately, three-four out of ten will have to sold on the idea to support you, the remaining three will never support change. I had them study social movements to understand personality traits and how change is manifested.

first of all government employees haven't done anything wrong to us, theyre just getting their paycheck no one's mad at the mailman or clerks or what have you. I hear your wants… but asking the right question will lead to the right answer. Any of these are worth a discussion. Take healthcare… free healthcare would result in lowered quality, increased difficulty to get in to be seen. Try getting a cut on your hand and having to wait six weeks to get in and get stitches. Might as well do the doctoring at home. But hey, it’s free and you get what you pay for.
Look at what happened when rent caps are installed. The landlords then have to raise the rent at the start and they won’t rent to lower income people because the risk is too high. Each of these is a long study and discussion but each ultimately ends with an open market where individuals have the freedom to meet their own needs and choose what is important to them.
Also, I think if people weren’t taxed into oblivion and their paychecks preyed upon their standard of living would be manageable. Our government does not make good decisions with the 25-45 % of the money they take from American paychecks or all the other money and fees… dog licenses? Fishing licenses? Licenses and fees for absolutely everything? Food handlers licenses? Really?

Free health care, not possible only in a Communist world but that means giving up your rights and freedom. Just in comparison a set of dentures for my mom can run her 5 to $7000, I can buy 3 tons of metal and plastic with electronic components, microchips a computer and a big battery in running conditions for less than that go figure, is just plain abuse.
