i bought a companion HD carbon for more confident heavy use, but i still prefer my old companion MG carbon more progresive belly curve and seems to reach better any detailed wood carving

The Morakniv Robust is strong. The Hultafors GK even stronger. Both are safe knives to use but carbon steel. The Companions are indeed more for people with some experience and you have a choice between normal and HD, stainless or carbon and even different colors.
Robust is my favorite bushcraft and trekking knife. You can cut mid sized trees with it.

Don't even choose, get both Robust and Companion. You won't regret. They are so cheap thinking that Morakniv is a European brand and not chinese.
