As I have an office job, running is a much needed physical compensation for the desk sitting job. I live in a somewhat rural region of Germany. So lots of landscape with forested hills, pastures, acres, ... to discover while running. I run almost every day. Especially in winter it makes me feel better to get a short 8 km run at lunch break. Daylight and fresh air in the dark season against winter blues...
