- Welcome back one and all to another video on the channel and return to the running!
Join us today as we hit Telford Town Park for their weekly Parkrun. The course begins near the Visitor Centre, heading down the hill and past the Arena. Then being directed around one small lap and one large lap of Randlay Pool. The course is fairly flat, fast and firm under foot, consisting of mainly tarmac surfaces but with wide natural footpaths in places. The park itself is beautiful and is sure to impress anyone visiting us for the first time.

I did my first 50 ❗Parkruns🌳 at Lulingstone back in 2015 and I return next Saturday for the first time since then. I just ran 19:18 and 7th place at Pegwell Bay, although I'm pretty sure I will not be finishing in under 20mins at Lulingstone, like you said wow 😲 it's Hilly, although fun definitely in the Summer 🌞

IT's always great seeing someone worry everyone in the first 400m only to massively blowup later on 😂😂 Sadly that wont be the case on saturday, theyll start fast and end even faster 😂😂
