In today’s video I look at the return of City Leagues in Japan and see what is already winning!
This is a very odd thing to say but every now and then in the video I misheard "Lost Tina" as "Latina" and I was just like, hell yeah a latina made it to finals let's go
😂
Latias Nationality discovered? HOENN LORE

I have 3 speculative reasons as to why Eiscue is included in Chien Pao:
1) It is a Tera Pokemon, thus allowing Chien Pao to take advantage of the opp's Area Zero stadium.
2) It OHKOs Teal Mask Ogerpon, likely to be the most popular Tera Pokemon in the format, for less energy than Chien Pao.
3) It can buy a turn by forcing the opp to switch their active Regidrago, Raging Bolt, Terapagos, Palkia, etc., or best-case scenario, the opp is unable to switch and you setup a two-hit KO.
I was thinking #1 myself, but 2 and 3 make a ton of sense

holy, the drillbur that sends 3 fighting energies to the discard pile with this ceruledge
doesn’t seem very good
Seems like a lot of Raging Bolt. The complete lack of Hydrapple makes me sad. Was hoping it would be playable
With the amount of deck capable of using Radiant Charizard and Ceruledge being very popular, it’s kinda not surprising
If Ceruledge is as popular in America as it is in Japan, Hydrapple can’t exist, but if that’s doesn’t happen we’re golden, also Radiant Zard is the only relevant card in many decks that deal with it. So you still won’t have problems against many top decks even with Rad Zard
I'm gonna run bloodmoon ex with Hydrapple ex and 2 copies of collapsed stadium. And maybe squeeze in some Pidgeot and a Rotom V. This should fix the entire issues this deck has. I don't think people are playing it like that yet. But follow me fellow Hydrapple Lover and we shall conquer it all
I think it honestly has potential and we just have to wait for:
1. A meta shift so it’s friendlier to play
2. That one card it needs to take it further
3. one person to figure out the most optimal list
and of course I could be wrong but as someone who has tried now 4 different iterations of hydrapple, it’s so close to being top tier but is just missing its cherry on top
Rad Zard is a gatekeeper to most Grass Pokémon, it is a broken card sadly. That's why they created its effect for Bloodmoon Ursaluna, a colorless Pokémon that does not hit for weakness.
Gravity stone helps to trap something more than 200 hp active and prevent fezandipiti and later bossing something else and koing with phantom dive
It's also good with counter catcher to buy a turn if your opponent takes the first prize, whether that's to develop your board or get an extra turn of spread off. Just a really useful 1 of, especially in a deck that runs heavy Arven.
Where are all the joltik galvantula builds thats weird
I was hoping for that too... sad to see he isn't good/popular
@@TheSupercloudi ye me too.. sigh.. realitynis that its not easy to consistently get that item lock..
The facts that opponent can still attack you , if only the attack does confusion is a good rewarding for all the energy discard, vunion Pikachu item lock 150dmg 3 energy with no drawback
Ceruledge being the most popular new deck is surprising😮
Not that much tbh. Its easy to put fire energy in discard pile. Plus lot of anti metas were in action to counter dark decks. Now Ceruledge countering grass decks is a thing
Eiscue is in the Chien pao to be the tera option for area zero. Could also use water ogerpon.
palk dusk is such a good deck. it just utalizes everything turbo and recovers everything with stretchers and energy with vstar the concept of it is so amazing, honestly I feel it's a better deck in pre stellar format and have been playing with a similar list since shrouded fable released lol give it a shot.
Thinking on playing munkilass on joinville regionals
Is the deck that i feel confortable and i got 2 top cuts in cups this season.
Definately see some potencial
Good luck!
Super sad to not see any galvantula in the recent comps.. sigh...
Nah ngl item lock is the most annoying thing in this game. It’s maybe just me but I find trying to win more fun than not allowing your opponent to play the game. Snorlax, banette and shit are just annoying decks to play against, so I’m glad they are bad
Stop trying to make this game like yu-gi-yoh, if decks like galvantula were actually very popular no one would play this game
I figured out the raging bolt ex/ogerpon ex before it even hit youtube, as a result i hit arceus for the first time because there were no rivals to it. This time I'm going to bring Hydrapple ex to the top so Grass type players can have a reason to try it. When I do, with your permission LDF, i will drop the deck list for you.
Everyone and their mom was talking about ogrepon bolt what are you talking about 😅 i was playing bolt before ogrepon and even i wont claim that i was the first to think of that combo
@@theunsuspectingbagel4373 I was also playing bolt before ogerpon. I do not recall anyone talking about that combo. I even search UA-cam for it to see if I can improve it, and got no results. Maybe UA-cam glitched for me or it was confused when I looked it up. Also there were no ogerpon ex/raging bolt ex players when I climbed from great ball to Arceus the first time. Eh crap happens. But even so, there is a combo nobody is talking about. Hydrapple ex/Lapras ex. If you are interested in that list I already have it made for an hour from now. My phone may be stupid and not tell me about certain decks, but this one is going to be pretty good.
@@theunsuspectingbagel4373 i just looked it up and you are correct. However those videos weren't showing up for me when I searched for it. So, thank you for bringing that to my attention, and I am big enough to admit I was incorrect about ogerpon and raging bolt. I guess everyone was the same on the ladder. They didn't see those videos either, and as a result for the first 3 days I was definitely lucky enough to side step mirror matches.
no cap spiritomb deck solos this format
Not really
Excited to play with noctowl but kyurem scares me
What is the link to city leagues site ?
was wondering if we would see some okidogi turbo/poison deck
Surprised no wacky decks like toedscruel were found in these ://
