Crazy Respect man. I'm getting my test On Friday, after that just checking out ideas. Going to the Drone ExPo show in Las Vegas labor day week to check things out... I love the idea.
Hi, I'm new to your channel and very new at this. Thank you so much for this info, it is valuable. What would be a decent monthly rate to hold a future clients video footage and when the content is delivered, should I have the credits at the end of the footage and possibly some water mark?
hmmmm i like how i got this video in my recommended feed days after muh uncle gave me his drone because he didn't have the license to fly it in canada.
8:07 You also should consider who owns the right to that content after giving them a copy. I charge for the drive itself and the rights to the footage. If they want, after they buy that from me anyone can edit my footage. Giving up creative control over your footage comes at a cost to the client.
Great points to consider and a great way to upsell the client for additional money. If they don't want that option, then you have the opportunity to upload that content to a stock site and make even more money.
Literally just got a drone to step my foot into this industry. Thanks for the vid!
Best of luck to you!
Very helpful. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
