I've been getting these for a while. Every time I block them I get a text again from a different number. It's annoying!
I get the same thing I block and report and I get another text messages almost every day with different numbers

I'm in Alberta, Canada and We also get these text scams as well.
I blocked around 3 different scam numbers within the past 2.5 months.
Maybe im dumb but doesnt this mean you have info leaked online?

I got this today… the same day my actual package was supposed to be out for delivery. I decided to check the tracking on the site I bought the item from and it was already delivered to my mailbox. I am so glad I didn’t fall for it. And I almost did bc the timing was just SO perfect almost like they knew I was expecting a delivery.
I literally got one this morning, and I’m so grateful I figured out it was a scam before I could submit my information to total strangers
A good red flag is if the phone number starts with anything other than "+1".
I’ve gotten so many of them since last August and I just delete them annoying as fuck
@@Geno2733 What’s crazy is that I found out it was a scam because of the outdated Twitter logo on the bottom, because in the actual site it has the current logo for Twitter (the stupid X)
This is why I don't click on random links sent to me....
I don't open any unsolicited texts or texts from people I don't know .
I think just opening them could allow spyware into your devices

I just got one of these on Saturday, I didn’t really read it and immediately deleted and reported it as junk!
I've been getting this text everyday and with different numbers my phone is protected where I block spam and calls and still receive it plus i dont clink the link
USPS put a notice on my door, lost the letter I supposedly had (from the IRS), and wanted my phone number incase they found it. 🙄 I didnt give it. They can deliver the letter to me.
I definitely had one of these. These people are desperate for me to fall for the scam. They even added to me to a tracking group. Phone companies need to fix this as soon as possible.
I get a text from a different number every day, I guess forever...kinda bullshit, and super pathetic, I'd never fall for something with a clearly fake url

That makes no sense. I already paid shipping costs when I bought the item and why would I give them my social security number? Also if they're claiming incomplete address information and I know I gave them the exact address then that's their mistake. Why would I pay extra for a mistake they made?
I had one sent to me a few weeks ago.
I fell for this 🤦♂️ the timing was just perfect, my international shipment just arrived in the USA when I got this text.

How do you guys not check the links before clicking on them.. they clearly look fake! Even if they try their hardest to make it look legit you can still see the link on the message they send you.. it’s common sense man don’t click unknown links.
The funny thing is after I got this scam message USPS ended up sending my package back for no reason. That's when I learned USPS takes no accountability for their mistakes. USPS sucks.

I just blocked the number after i saw the text felt risky event opening it to block the number
I got the text this morning at 6:58 am. The link is included, but it is not a hyperlink so I had to put the address in the search bar. When I entered the address on my work computer it said that this is a dangerous site. That is when I searched and found this video. I have to packages that should be arriving today, one that is expensive, so the text seemed legitimate.

I got the text and clicked on the link, but when I got to the credit/debit card second I didn't fill it out and closed out of the tab. I had some suspicions so I closed out before I filled out my card info. So I think I should be good.

@@youngluna9226I clicked a button that said update immediately after filling out address/email and it took me to card info and that’s where I stopped. Will they have my info now regarding my address/email even if I didn’t fill out card info or do I need to fill out the card info too in order for them to get all of the information that was filled in?
I won't even open a text that's unsolicited especially from someone I don't know because even though people say opening it does not allow spyware in I don't believe it

But when you say you signed up for the notifications I'm under the impression it's just for that one time of the packages you're expecting .
In other words , if you're not expecting any packages you shouldn't be getting a text from them .

If you scroll up to one of these threads you will see somebody saying they got one of these messages and it was about a package apparently from Italy and she owed nine cents on it and use her card .
Then you see a reply to that person saying I did the same thing and they said they noticed small charges on their bank card coming from places like London ,Ohio , California .
So now you need to check your bank statement or your bank activity every day to see if there are some small charges on it that maybe you would not have noticed and if that's the case you're going to have to get your card number changed with the bank maybe even other stuff I don't know you would have to call your bank though if there's any fraud at all
Damn I got this message but when I clicked the link it took me to the tracking page and had me pay .09¢ for re delivery it’s shipping from Italy apparently and it was supposed to be shipped in two weeks to a warehouse 😢 damn I don’t think my cards are at risk this the information kept buffering so I kept restarting it
Hey be careful, I did the same exact thing. It looked like it didn’t go through every time I refreshed it. Then I started noticing that there were small charges being made from London, CA, and even OH. Be careful and check your bank account to see if there were any charges that were made that weren’t you

I got a USPS text on solicited as I have not ordered anything and nobody I know is sending me anything right now so I didn't open it and immediately deleted it .
