- Baked Vegan Tahini Cauliflower with caramelized onions in Vegan butter topped with roasted Pine Nuts and sesame seeds. This is Mom's recipe from Northern Palestine. Delicious and full of goodness. I really enjoy this recipe and video. I have prepared it several times for my family and friends; btw Pine nuts are very expensive in my area so I use walnuts.

Looks really delicious! Can’t wait to try this lovely dish that is special to you and your mum.The Middle Eastern way of using cauliflower is so different to our English way (boiling, which essentially dissolves most of the flavour and gives it an unpleasant texture!) Thank you for sharing this.

How come you don't add garlic to the tehineh and some paprika

Great recipe, but the two different camera angles are very distracting, especially as the chef looks into the wrong camera at the beginning. Like the dish, don't over complicate things...
its not vegan it has butter in it ! ( animal product ) It's vegetarian
If you read the description box, he states that the butter is vegan.
