மலர்களை போல் தங்கை உறங்குகிறாள்.. அண்ணன் வாழ வைப்பான் என்று அமைதி கொண்டாள்..
ண,ன,ர,ற ல், ள் என்று எந்த எழுத்தின் உச்சரிப்பையும் miss பண்ணாதவர் TMS.

I vaguely remember to have read in one of your valuable comments in various videos that you were in Bangalore for about 60 years. Am I right ? I was in B'lore for about (less than) 6 years from 1976 to 1981 as a Central Government servant. I used to visit theatres such as Nataraj, Sree, Kalyan, Central for viewing new Movies that were released and to some other theatres for very old movies. In fact, most of the very old Tamizh movies were screened at Bangalore theatres, in a way, more than in other cities of TN ! Most of the Theatres there, at B'lore, were very elegant with architectural value. How happy I am to hear from you. I am 72 and was in Bangalore from my childhood of 3 yrs to my retirement from service until 2013. I was educated there in Tamil school and worked in 2 major companies from 1969 to 2013. Nataraj and Central theatres were near to me and I have seen number of movies there. Sri theatre is in cantonment area. There is no theatre by name Kalyan please. Seeing movies was my favourite hobby ever since I was 12. In one particular year during my earning days I had seen 96 movies, i.e., at an average of 8 movies per month, further average working out to 2 movies every week. I was so crazy with movies that I even didnot study well. I had visited Tamil Sangam in Ulsoor area only once to my feeble memory.
I had stated in my earlier msgs my earnest desire to come into our phones so that we can be more closer than in this portal. Even I ventured giving my number discreetly but no response from you. What about your opinion please. If it is in negative, I will not pursuade. Which is your native place and where are you domiciled presently. You and your comments interest me very much. Since the producers wanted Rs 250 per song TL did not agree for that and told to use the new singer aspirant TMS for this money. As such TMS entered cinema and became super singer.

TMS went down due to his mouth. As years pass by , when the new gen. take over everyone has to get adjusted if you want to survive in any field. TMS still wants to follow the same style when he was singing during MGR & Sivaji. In this matter SPB , K J Jesudass and P Jayachandran - they were smart and gets along with the present generation. Even during MGR and Sivaji period - on and off due to his mouth he cause problems esp with MGR . Then MGR started with KJ Jesudass ,SPB and towards the end with P.Jayachandran till he became CM. P.Jayachandran was unlucky. If MGR were to delay his CM matter just for 1 year - he would have become more famous.
Vali first song was KARPAGA VALLININIL PORPATHGAL song in all india radio. MSV started recommending valli after IDHYATHIL NEE not TMS. Some information were wrong

While TMS was an extraordinary singer. His voice didn’t suit Nagesh and a few other actors. He has spoilt the “ avalikkenna “ song in server Sundaram. A L Raghavan would have been a better option. Even AVM Saravanan has expressed it. Apparently M SV struggled to get him to sing that song.

Even assuming so,when his extraordinary talent came into limelight ? It was solely because of Sivaji exclusively. The word TMS became so famous only because of the justification rendered to all the amazing 8 (eight)TMS songs by Sivaji through his Extraordinary Acting as if he only sang all the songs. We should remember/realise that Sivaji was already in the peak of Fame completing about 16 wonderful movies before that film. Actually in his very first film itself, Sivaji became so famous. Sivaji acted in many movies without Songs at all. Sivaji can act even for just Flute sound, BGM, can react amazinly to Female singer's voice alone too effectively. When songs are there, no other actor gave life and special touch to TMS songs as Sivaji did. Sivaji was the one and only actor who could carry the whole film on his shoulders exclusively even without the need for songs. Being a Singer myself (not professionally) I am an ardent fan of TMS and I wish to state with modesty that I can admire TMS,can sing and enjoyed TMS songs, in a greater degree and a step more than anybody.
