You could have it be them burning themselves to stop the bleeding! Have them spend a shot (or 2 in Chanka's case) of their utility to use part of that utility as a flammable substance to stop the bleeding with. Animations whould have to be different tho with Zofia taking the explosive powder out before burning it and Chanka taking one of his fire rounds and taking it apart to get to the flammable substance he uses. They could also use it as an audio que with them screaming as the finish the animation (fire hurts, duh).
Okay I think your onto something, the tachanka one especially sounds really smart, the zofia one is a bit weird but can work too I guess maverick could do thr same maybe if he needs a buff
