@@truthsRsung In the 2:30 segment, at the time the two lanes merged into one, the twit was well behind the car to the right and then passed within the same lane. They went from two lanes to one lane where the dividing stripes ended. She was easily four or five car lengths into a single lane before she began her pass in the same lane.

Yeah she cut off the red car, what a butthead. That she says she got a ticket "even after showing the officer the video" proves SHE doesn't know how to merge. She sounds like she's the type of person to complain when people tell her to pick up after her dog's crap on their lawns.
She says she is going to fight it in court, if her attitude doesn’t improve before she gets there she may find this is a very costly bad attitude.

@@roccprofit this is correct but what most people don’t understand is you also can’t hinder or stop someone from merging, if they are infront of you with their turn signal on to merge lanes and you speed up to block it, you are responsible if damages occur .
My friend got killed like this. He was an innocent victim of two guys having a road rage battle that lost control and entered oncoming lanes. He’s gone forever because of people like this. This makes me sick. Who cares if you’re mad in traffic. You’ll kill innocent people who aren’t involved.
I hate that. It's always sadly far too easy to tell those who have never lost anyone they love to a preventable wreck. I saw it happen dozens of times to innocent kids in completely unrelated cars in my years working in medicine & insurance. 💔
I am sorry for your loss! I live in Florida and I have 0 desire to drive there because me and my family have come across careless drivers and one time my family and I saw a motorcycle wreck on the highway in the morning. It just is unbelievable how careless people are. Just absolutely hate that.

My aunt was a victum of drunken road rage. She was a firefighter and community watch officer. Two guys let their egos get bruised, and hit her head on around a blind corner. She died in impact.

Yup, I pretty much yield to everyone, even when I have ROW (right of way). These people are clueless, don't know the rules of the road, on their phone, ILLEGAL ALIENS that don't speak english, senile citizens that can't tell brake pedal from gas pedal, etc. Even if their insurance pays 100%, it still cost me my time with their insurance, taking my car in, getting a rental, returning the rental, getting my car back. After it's fixed, things are slightly off, like the rubber seal around the door, my emergency parking brake failed to release after I was T-bone on the right. Avoid accidents at all cost.

Like number 5. That lady purposely tried to prevent the guy from merging by speeding up. You don’t have to let someone merge, it is on the car merging to merge once it is safe to do so. What you can’t do is actively prevent someone from merging. There is a difference. It’s so childish and speaks volumes about a person. If you want to get to know someone new, pay attention to how they drive. It is one of the biggest indicators of a person’s true character. If they do shit like this, run and never look back.
The woman in the 5th video was WRONG! The lanes had already merged and the red car was ahead of her. To properly merge, she should have respected his position on the road. She didn't. The driver of the red car, however, is just as guilty as she was for forcing his way into the lane the way he did. I'll bet insurance tells them it's a 50-50 split for responsibility. The cop in the thirteenth video needs a ticket for the stunt he pulled--he really needs to put his ego in check!
Correct. You can actually hear her engine speed up hard. Also failure to yield a passing vehicle is an offense where I live. So maybe people don't understand laws and roads are designed for people to be able to change lanes and merge without permission...

You want people slowly coming into one lane, not everyone merging early so the line gets backed up. Zipper merging is one car merging then the car already in the lane goes, then the merging car, lane car, merging car, etc. So technically the merging car in this video didn’t zipper as it was “merging car, merging car, lane car” but that being said, there was more than enough space. The dashcam driver is definitely in the wrong and anyone saying zippering is bad or illegal is straight up stupid

on god, i was sitting at a red light behind the lead car. I was just chillin this day with all the time in the world. Light turned green. I didn't even honk at the guy. I wanted to see how long it would take for the lead car at a light to realize it was green. No cars behind me either. Meanwhile, cars are zipping by him on the right. He finally looks up from his phone and goes. I just follow him and start clapping. Like finally. He must have seen me clapping and got a bruised ego. Persisted to follow me in my work truck, break check me, flip me off for a mile. I don't play that shit though, just pulled into a gas station. not worth the headache.

#33 I actually think it’s right that the school bus didn’t stop after the collision. You are clearly unhinged if you are willing to antagonize a bus full of children by not letting them merge, and the drivers first concern is the safety of the children.
Pay Attention. The bus is in a designated Bus lane protected by a solid line. there was no break in that line when the Impatient bus driver tried to cut into another lane to go around the city bus occupying that lane. The driver did not have to let him in because he has his signal on.

I don’t know how it works in the U.S.🇺🇸 but you can clearly see she overtakes red car after the merge!! The white line dividing them had ended and it was 1 lane by the time she chose to illegally overtake this vehicle!! In my country the car in front has right of way since they’re fully situated in that lane, it’s also illegal for 2 vehicles to occupy the same lane side by side whilst travelling down a roadway… This was 100% all on her, it was her that decided she didn’t want to merge in behind him, instead forcing her way in front of them, then downloads herself to social media for the world to see😔 and she plans on fighting it in court😂 I’d love to see that… I hope they take her license off her…

Other driver was also wrong. But the cammer could easily have avoided the accident (and saved themselves a lot of time) by yielding to the idiot in the hurry. From a legal perspective and from the insurance company's perspective, a little yielding when it's very easy to do -- even to people pulling unsafe or illegal maneuvers -- is better than causing accidents. People who try to police the road are almost as much a problem as the people they're trying to police.
While I find these videos endlessly entertaining, the only thing that can be learned from them is 1. people think horns are used for emotional support & not collision avoidance & 2. they don't know how to spell the word brake, let alone how to use them. 😂

yea cammer was all the way wrong. They were still 100% behind the red Impala and in place for a proper zipper merge when both the last merge sign was passed, and the lines stop indicating the lane is now one.
In Ontario Canada I had a cop tell me that's stunt driving. Automatic 14 Day vehicle impound, 30 day license suspension. Court and fines after that.

Didn't the Tahoe have plenty of time to look BEFORE backing out? The right of way lies with the car in the lane and the pedestrians on the sidewalk, not the Tahoe backing up.

Had the POV car come around the corner or similar while the Tahoe was already reversing, you might have a point, but you're 100% wrong here.
@@punchodex2 You are wrong. Generally, when a car is backing up they have the right of way, regardless of what's going on. The only way the Tahoe would have been in the wrong is if they backed into someone or backed up in a reckless way that someone couldn't have avoided. Even then, you'd need to have been hit in the side, or have some camera footage, to prove you weren't in the wrong. It's no different than running into someone backing out of a parking spot. You'll almost always be in the wrong.

Depends..... I leave a safe distance between the car in front of me.... that doesn't mean someone should merge into that space creating an unsafe distance for everyone else. Legally, I agree that speeding up to block will be at fault for accident... but unsafe merging car is the a hole.
