The Bus at 27:00 That Bus driver should be telling his/her Kids, Cross IN FRONT Of the Bus , Seeing how they were going across the street. There is NO Stop Sign that pops out at the REAR of a School Bus. Good to Keep your Eyes open but shouldn't need to under the circumstances

Legally speaking the person at the stop sign should have waited for any oncoming traffic to proceed with the right of way. They tried to rush it. Both were at fault there.

#12 Cammer should have yielded since the Lexus made a stop then proceeded through the intersection. it was cammers duty to yield to oncoming traffic.

We had this discussion when this clip was originally posted a few days ago. We all agreed it's a horribly designed intersection but I'm thinking that the Lexus needs to wait until all oncoming traffic is clear before proceeding as there is a large sign posted below the stop sign that says "ONCOMING TRAFFIC DOES NOT STOP" ...traffic coming up the off-ramp also has a STOP sign with a large sign under it stating "TRAFFIC FROM LEFT DOES NOT STOP" Therefore, the only direction that does not have a STOP sign is Emily's. Because of the signage, I am guessing that Emily has the right-of-way and the other two direction must yield and wait for all traffic in the direction Emily is traveling to clear before proceeding.
The intersection is Spring Ridge Drive northbound at its intersection with US222 also in the northbound direction in Reading PA. Put in these coordinates in Google maps and then bring up the street-view: (40.363828, -75.988629) or use 500 Spring Ridge Dr, Reading, PA 19610

8:45 they try to blame the Lexus saying they had a stop sign. The stop sign was 20 feet behind them when the person with the camera decided to cut left. Thats a real bad driver to even look back on what they did and still think it was someone else's fault.
#5 was right to swerve off and get to safety. That guy was unhinged, got out in the middle of traffic, and was going to start attacking you (kicked your vehicle as you drove off). Don't listen to anyone how you had a duty to stop, get to safety, call the cops. With your cam, there's no way any court of law would find you at fault.
Not ally you have a duty to pull over safely and stop, but as soon as the other party becomes threatening or more dangerous than having caused the accident in the first place, then your duty becomes to keep yourself safe and alive

They only submitted what they wanted to show to possibly play the victim. Also if your scared to turn when its safe on right, I definitely do not want to be behind you getting on a freeway. Also when break checked they were quick to go around. Almost seems like they had a road rage incident leading up to the light. However we will never know since they only submitted a portion of the clip.

That school bus driver should be ashamed of themselves. You don't turn off the red lights and stop sign until the children have crossed the street. Well to be fair the cammer is going way under the speed limit and doesn't break at all until he's right at the light and 2 of other cars way behind him made it through without speeding. Also the cammer even admits it was because he was distracted probably on his phone or something, people like this are the worst and constantly cause accidents around them and almost never get held accountable for it. White car was probably going the speed limit thinking the cammer was gonna go through until he slammed his brakes on the line right before going through the light even though he should've easily made it if he was paying attention like he's supposed to be and not driving like 20 under the speed limit in the middle lane.

Right off the bat #1 both cars blew the stop signs, #11 she had a left turn signal on and there was room for her to get in the left lane in front of you, but you sped up to purposely not let her in. #19 you did the right thing yellow means slow down & prepare to stop, not floor the gas before it turns red, however 99% of drivers believe the latter which in many cases ends up with the rule follower getting rear ended.

The problem is, a license is not required in order to reproduce. Those who should never be allowed around other people, create more people who should never be allowed around other people. Only to have the state essentially give licenses to drive to anyone not actively drooling during the photo, forget valid testing.

However, there is no law that states you must turn right on red, we have signage that can prevent it, but you are not obligated in any single way to turn right on red as there is no such law. Please educate yourself on how to drive, making up laws that don't exist isn't a good way to make your point.
@@Wuh1988You are obligated to turn right on red after making a complete stop, assuming there is no sign indicating otherwise (some intersections have no right on red.) You will get a ticket for impeding traffic it’s the same thing as a stop sign.
