The chord structure helps set the mood of the track whether it be uplifting, dark and progressive trance. The rest of the trance track build works around how those chords string together. Music theory does help here and trance uses a lot of scales, modes and having the understanding of how these things are making your sound is vital.

I downloaded the preset, I have the message "Couldn't open file ", I do not understand.

Baby: d minor has one flat: b flat. Ok? Not A#. It’s like mistaking the 4th gear for reverse.
I heard the mistake when I was editing and for got to correct it. 😂
@@demishellen You wouldn't have heard it, it's the same note. What he means is that in that scale, the accidental is written as Bb not A# for technical reasons Its so that when you're reading sheet music, there is a consistency
