I have great memories of Mario Party for the Nintendo DS (2007). Me and my brother connected our Nintendos, each in our own bedrooms and played until the middle of the night. Hiding under our blankets when our parents came to check that we were "asleep". And if it wasn't Mario it was the legendary "PictoChat". 🤣
Your opinion of Mario Odyssey is similar to mine of botw, it just doesn't feel like a Zelda game to me and I couldn't get into it, but I loved a link between worlds,. Never tried twilight princess or skyward sword so now's my chance if they bring twilight princess to switch. Also Mario Sunshine is my favourite 3D Mario game by far ^^
Ah very interesting! Think my love for Zelda carried me through, but really did miss the linear-esque temple narratives that weren’t in BoTW. Felt BoTW story was a little poor and not a fan of the voice acting. Sunshine is elite 🤌🤝
