    Yeah, pretty beautiful right? When I originally saw this scene, I HAD to learn how it was done, so I reached out to the very talented Math, and he's has been kind enough to give us a 15-minute breakdown of his Swedish Highland scene.
    Now this is just a breakdown, so If you really want to learn how to create environments like this, you can check out my two courses, where you'll learn everything you need to know about creating beautiful environments
    AND how to create anime and stylized textures procedurally, without having to ever pick up a brush. You get a special discount when you get both courses.

    This video came out at the perfect time! I just spent the last couple months learning UE5 and I purchased both your courses this week. This video gave me the insight and motivation I need to follow through with my vision, thanks Stylized Station!

    Very beautiful work! But again, this is good example that guiding lines, focal points and all this stuff doesnt work as artist think. I havn't noticed waterfall until he actually said that its focal point, my eyes were looking everywhere (and they were enjoying whole scene) EXCEPT "Focal point"

    Incredible work. Could you tell me if the rocks were used with high or low poly in the unreal?

    What were the values you put into the panner?
    i have the same graph but my textures are not moving

    • @MathsGameArt
      @MathsGameArt 2 роки тому

      If you select the panner node, you can put values for x and y on the left. Start with something small like 0.1. If the preview isn't moving (the nodes themselves) make sure to enable live preview nodes at the top

    Creating a game sounds really fun but if I want to make an animated 3d short movie basically something 3d animated in general what is better unreal or blender

    • @AstroRoby
      @AstroRoby 4 місяці тому

      You can technically use both, also depends on the style you wanna go for. Imo UE5 is better for photo realism

    Hey Thomas, hope you see this comment. Will you make a video on the latest WoW:SL's "Eternity's End" video like you did with Pokemon Legends? I would love to see your review from the environment because for me a lot of what was shown was kinda bad, specially the foliage.

    Can I make scenes and sell videos of them? I want to incorporate unreal in my motion design illustrations. So I would love to use this to make 3 mins videos. So can I monotise my scenes?

    • @samoerai6807
      @samoerai6807 Рік тому

      You can make your own stuff and sell it. You should have a look at the UE licensing by epic tho. When starting to earn a particular amount per year. You owe epic a couple of bucks. Tbh it’s not even that expensive, unity is way more expensive from what I heard (relatively speaking. It’s not like they gonna take half of your earnings not even close)

    Yeah, it looks great, but look at the new Matrix game, which was created via the Unreal Engine 5. Mb I don't understand how important this video is, because I've never create 3D pictures or anything else.

      Most likely that it's made in UE5 and the models are optimized for a game environment.

    its cool to look at but a little misleading to call this a "game environment." seems more like a perfectly curated scene meant purely for viewing pleasure, not something thats meant for gameplay...
    still very pretty and lots of useful techniques nonetheless
