Thank you very much. It was definitely a surprised how well they turned out. And there are so many versions that can be incorporated into more pens, the variety is almost endless.
Thanks, all I needed to do was to research on how to make wooden pens, because we are supposed to design a product, mine was pens. Then I watched this, I want to create stuff like this!
Very nice video, I liked how you tried eight or ten different ways of staining, gluing up, or cutting the sticks for effect. You have some unique and beautiful pens. Regards, Bob
Id love to see this done with actual popsicle sticks from one of those cheap big bags with a bunch of assorted colors. I bet all those colors would look pretty neat once they're cut and stacked together. You night even be able to smell some of the flavors while you turn it on the lathe.
Nice Work Thanks ... I Have Always Found When Doing A Wood Twist.... Soak It In Water First Then Twist And Clamp ...When It Drys It Keeps It Shape ... Just Saying ...
I really liked your video. They turned out amazing. What was the housing called you used inside the wood to put the pen ink inside? Thanks so much for sharing.. new subscriber today. Happy New Year🥳

Nice Work Thanks ... I Have Always Found When Doing A Wood Twist.... Soak It In Water First Then Twist And Clamp ...When It Drys It Keeps It Shape ... Just Saying ...
Great info, thanks. Have you ever tried gluing them together after twisting?
@@SpecificLove7 Yes When Completely Dry Yes No Problems ... Also Twisting Them Wet Means That They Twist More And Don't Split..
I will have to give it a try, thanks
I really liked your video. They turned out amazing. What was the housing called you used inside the wood to put the pen ink inside? Thanks so much for sharing.. new subscriber today. Happy New Year🥳
It was part of a pen making kit.

That was the first thing my wife noticed too, lol
@@SpecificLove7 ...🐊
Dude this was actualy a pen making video that actualy tell something useful and not repetitive !
Thank you, where do I get the ink and other parts of the pen?
What if you soaked the sticks first then twisted them and leaving them in tjr clamp until they dried? Maybe better luck with the twist look?
How can i buy
The process in the video seemed strangely therapeutic to watch, but I understand how much work and hours you would have spent to complete these pens
좋은 아이디어 얻어갑니다. ^^
Bought a bunch of blanks now I need the guts where can I buy the guys and mechanical stuff at
I’m having a hell of a time trying to find them with out the blocks can you help me out in we’re to find them please
I can usually find them at the local Woodcraft store or Rockler store.
Awesome idea! However, you know you can get colored sticks, right? Will save you some time.
One word AWESOME! okay another word AMAZING!
Thanks 😁
How we find all pen Matel parts
Can I buy them?
I bet soaking the wood in boiling hot water would make it rubber like for even twistier designs
It should, but I was not sure I would be able to get them all the same shape and and glued up.
@@SpecificLove7 there's steam bending. My mind jumped to using just wood to using wood and glow in the dark epoxy as its glow pigment mixed with epoxy
That's a great idea.
@@SpecificLove7 😎
Thank you sharing, good video, idea and work. Now when go to my doctor I will ask her for some tongue sopresores :):):)
If you have many ice cream sticks then what about us

You should sell the pens. You need an online store. Let me know if you want me to set one up for you.
