2. Before going to bed use flash back technique or active recall of everything you did
3. Do test papers

3. Repeat again and again

I just want to know How many hours straight would you study in a give study session and then take break and then study session and then break..
What is the duration of One study session and a Break Session..?
Well this completely depends on u, like u cannot force ur self for 4 to 5 hours at a strech if u dont have that habit of studying for long hours .... Rather whenever u take naps just try recalling what u just memorized. So dont follow study hours of other people evry1 has their own capacity, just follow the techniques she mentioned
