Great video. When I was in Okinawa a little over 20 years ago in the Marines, yakisoba was pretty much all I ate. That was my favorite thing to eat while there.
Good Day and thank you Jennifer for this wonderful video. Please, don't go back to France; Come to Los Angeles. 'Yakisoba & Egg,' Yummmmiieee!!!! Love the way you broke the yolk at the end. SuperSniperSal USMC Disabled Vet
Great video! Looks delicious and quick too! I make something similar using shrimp-egg noodles, gai lan (chinese broccoli), oyster sauce, sesame oil and topped with an egg.😊 Anyway, I've seen those noodles in a Japanese convenience store here in Vancouver, so I'll have to try it! 👍
Yummy yakisoba, one of my favorite versatile and easy to make meals. 😊 I will try the egg next time. 🍳 Luckily, I can find the same type of yakisoba packs at the local Japanese or Asian supermarkets. Sometimes I keep one pack in the freezer and another thawing in the refrigerator. I experiment with leftovers and add a little bit of this and a little bit of that...
That is the best way to do it! Left overs are a good addition to yakisoba :-) Let me know if you find and try this brand. I think it has the best balanced taste.
That wasn't hard as I thought at first. You missed out on John and Peter outing yesterday. You know those boys need adult supervision. BTW, you must be the cutest chef in all of Japan. ;=)
All your recent videos have been so good but I especially liked this one and the French toast videos! I used to love my mom's yakisoba so much and I miss her and her cooking very much! Please make another video when you can make a proper yakisoba with meat and vegetables. You're doing such a great job with your videos!
John Smalldridge thank you 😊 yes, i will make the proper soba soon as i need to finish those 2 packs i still have left😊 I will buy the ingredients soon. I will make more French toasts too 😊
Hello! I’m sorry, I don’t have a specific address but any Japanese store should have it at least in dehydrates packs if not fresh! I hope you will find some☺️

I hear you! I'm pretty sure I'm going to live stream another version of yakisoba making pretty soon. I need to finish those 2 last packs! ;-)
Same here, Okinawa is the only reason I know about Yakisoba. Semper-Fi.
It took 2 years to get there, but this video is up to 250 well-earned likes. You're welcome!
I am thinking about of making another video like this one. It should be better now that I’m more used to do videos 🤗
@@jenniferjulien2012 And i would watch it 100 times! ^_^
I love her voice. Thanks for showing how to cook Yakisoba quick and easy.
*Quickly ???* 😲😲😲 i fell a sleep,, watching this video !!! 😨😩😖💩
I bought some I was wondering do you put the noodles (uncooked) in the fridge after buying or refrigerate after opening
Yes, you should keep the noodles in the fridge before and after opening ☺️
So normally you would mix in cabbage or other veggies then? Still looked good.
Oui! I will show you the full version of yakisoba making soon :-)
Thank you you helped me create something good I appreciate it lady
Yay, so glad to hear that!
You're absolutely adorable and I love when you do live streams with John! 😘💙
Merciiii :-)
This is easy enough that even I can make it. Damn! Now I am hungry.
Yum!
Mmmm delicious! I had yakisoba for lunch yesterday with some gyoza, very tasty 😋
firestar1728 I LOVE gyoza too! 😋
I usually use sake instead of water. It makes me feel I am a good cook.
I hear you ;-)
is this good for a diet?

Jennifer Julien I think I have tried it. The bag looks the same and is called Maruchan. It does have the best flavor and texture.
That wasn't hard as I thought at first. You missed out on John and Peter outing yesterday. You know those boys need adult supervision. BTW, you must be the cutest chef in all of Japan. ;=)

Hello Jennifer, the plate with cat's faces is absolutely cute. I guess it's japanese china (faïence).
Thank You! :D
From the looks of your place looks like you have decent size stove for Japan.
I could not do with smaller :-)
Looks good!!!
Hello.
Add some vegetables. It will be great!

Bonjour 😊
You are just so Kawaii, I could see you talking all day about yakisoba ❤️❤️
Thank you 😊
I would happily marry this women. Beautiful and charming, the accent is also lovely.
Wait so when I put it in a pan, I dont add oil? & I got scared to add water, my noodles came out good but got dry again immediately 🤧
Lol, yes, no oil but if you don’t add at least 2/3 spoons of water your noodles will be very dry 😅
@@jenniferjulien2012 how do I keep it from being dry?🤧
