Simply beautiful. More than the rendering software used, be it Lumion, Vray, Twinmotion, etc. what's more important is the eye for the esthetic, skillful handling and artistry of the designer. Strategic camera placement, right exposure and play of light and shadow, speed of movement (pan and zoom), interesting choice of focus and subject, how the scenes mix with the music and sound effects, everything coming together in perfect harmony is what makes presentations like this immersive, inspiring and memorable. Thank you for uploading.
Thank you for your heart-warming comments, Enzo. I am beyond grateful that somehow this little personal project has brought some value to everyone. Now you inspired me to make more and improve every opportunity that comes my way. 🙏🙏🙏
Man this is really sick! Great job. Kudos.👏🏽 p.s - it's not a big deal, what you did with the sounds and animation is next level. I just thought if there was one elevation view of the house in this walkthrough, that would've been cherry on top.
Great production!! With no intent to compare, the quality of your work reminds me of a V-Ray made film called The Third and the Seventh by Alex Roman. Very inspirational both films. Congratulations and looking forward to knowing some of your tricks for flicker free motion.
Thank you. I look up to the man behind that masterpiece - Jorge Seva a.k.a. Alex Roman. Up to this date, I strive to capture that kind of quality where it reaches out to the audience emotionally beyond realism. A film should tell a story. I am glad you mentioned that and to be able to point back to that masterpiece is an honor. 🙏
Maybe try either of these two options: 1. Use the anti-flicker option in the new version of lumion. OR 2. Use the Render Image Sequence option. (Use a different software to stitch all the images into a video clip) Hope this helps you. 🙂
I was using 3 stars instead of 5 stars thats the problem, 🤣 i'm literally new to lumion. its the aliasing thing now that i set it to 5 stars my laptop renders 15 seconds video like almost 3 hours. Thank you so much for you reply. Subd.
Thank you, Wayne. 🙂 I currently don't have any tutorial or walk through showing the exact workflow that I used for this specific personal project, but I do have other tutorials that can show you how to achieve realistic animations such as this. Man, That was fantastic. Damn realistic. It would be nice if you can post the hardware details of your machine used to produce this kind of beautiful output.
Hi Egor. 👋 I used 3 stars and 30fps, but I couldn't remember exactly how long it took for the rendering, but the entire process of R&D, modeling, setting up the scenes, materials setup, music and sound effects, etc. took a total of about 3 months to complete. 🙂

I love the Lumion features but these videos need more architecture and less special effects. I'm all in for the zen intros but I'm not sure how the clients will react after watching mostly leaves, sunsets and rain drops. Lumion is a great cheater (I've been tricked a few times myself) and displaying a concept needs a better balance :)
Thank you Demetris for your insight. I get your point, truly. 🙏🙂 Some clients do want to get straight to the point like watching a movie without having to go through all the drama and introduction. Although there are some clients who do appreciate the context of a project and would like to be sold by the emotion it brings, those little details that are mostly ignored or taken for granted. It really depends. But I appreciate your opinion on this and would love to see your own version if you have one. 🙂
Great point. I'm an architect and visualizer. Sometimes clients want to understand the architecture, and other times they want to be sold a dream. This is the later, which very few can do. This is certainly one of the best animations I've ever seen and very inspiring. I keep on coming back to it!

@Shahbaaz Khan I agree. I can see great renders using UE4 (unbelievably realistic when done right) and blender as well. Thanks for checking it out. 🤙
AMAZING VIDEO, It seems same quality than UE4, can U test an interior with Lumion?
