Shame it uses berenjenas aka aubergine aka egg plant. I detest them. 😢I often, like at month end, make what I intend to be vegie omelettes but end up as scrambled egg. I just use bits of whatever I have. Onions and garlic and tomatoes usually feature. Delicious and healthy.
@@helenamcginty4920 I understand you, if your scrambled eggs contain tomatoes, I recommend, as I showed in the recipe, adding Georgian adjika and Barbecue sauce, this will add a lot of new flavors to your dish
