I get so triggered by Mother Gothel whenever I see her and hear her, based solely on the fact that she acts, talks, and responds exactly like my mother whom I no longer speak to, for many good reasons. To be able to banish her is just so freeing! Now if we can no longer have her for quests, that would be great 😅
I really hope they bring the mushroom house back now that they fixed the grass, I didn't buy it because I love my meadow and didn't want to move anything, but now I would gladly buy it since I can put it anywhere else. I'm sure a lot of other people didn't buy it for the same reasons
One you missed. The bottle fish quest i never got around to finishing (where you fish 15 bottles) have been updated. It was hard to see the bottles before. Now they light up like crazy with the glasses on. You can't miss them unless a boat or house is on them!

Great tips! It surprised me how much people don't know about fast travel theyve been complaining on FB since yesterday. I've gotten that water pump once a week for 2 weeks before this update. My valley is nothing special, I don't decorate but I sure as heck will get MrStar that water pump if someone else doesn't get it to him first.
So happy that I can finally kick that gothel *** out of my valley! And now I even might get back into decorating since they fixed that endless scrolling down again when placing items which drove me nuts.

New things I’ve noticed since the update: Belles face is slightly different. Scrooge walks around outside of the shop now (for me it’s around 2AM). The tangled braided hairstyle is updated to have more flowers and looks awesome

You just have to plan your moves and think about how the opponent moves also (sometimes you can block them from moving). And some villagers seem to be harder than others to beat, they should maybe add their difficulty level next to the button so you don't accidentally start with the harder ones
The saddest change is the we no longer can put stuff on top of the dreamlight fountain (from Donald's quest) I used to have a clock that had water coming out of it 😢

Seems a bit unfair that while doing the new star path quests, they are asking for things from the DLC. Every time I have a quest to give a villager their fave items, several, if not ALL, fave items are from the DLC and I can’t do them. I’m worried future star path quests will be asking us to mine DLC gems or do something only possible in the DLC Isle. It’ll make star paths impossible to complete unless you buy the DLC and that’s unfair.
Sounds right for this scam of a game its became, so won't be surprised if that actually happens, bit I did get the dlc, even though it's over priced, it's not a scam like the premium shop is

Update: there must have been a glitch in my game yesterday when I first mentioned about item limit, because today I noticed the item limit in Eternity Isle changed to 1,000 and something (stuff already in isle) from the 2,500ish (same as my valley) from yesterday. Not sure what caused it but glad it changed, and still hoping for upgrade to 6,000 item limit in future!
I don’t think them updating Eric’s statue was because of the complaining, it was the official release of the game outside of early access so there’s lots of changes usually made. That Eric statue in the past most likely was just a placeholder.

I just realized this myself and I have not seen anyone mention it but while I was voting DreamSnaps I saw a frame I never seen before. When I went to check there are 2 new winter themed frames in photo mode.
When I put the robot costume on for Eve, the game is not registering that I have the costume on and keeps telling me to find where the memory is. How do I fix that? Is this a glitch?
Don’t think it’s a glitch. Once you put on the costume you need to find a memory orb. It’ll show a picture of you in the costume as a kid and Eve and a meal you have to cook for her.
One how do you have so many decor I thought there was a limit looks like you got over limit :D and also what those orbs the one in the desert and one in plaza? I use time tool and it bursts a aura then nothing really happens
I'm not 100% sure if it's new or not but I noticed a clicking sound when I zoom in/out of the map. I really like the noise so I spent like 5 minutes just zooming in and out listening to the satisfying sound 😅
I was so worried about moving Eve! I moved her house yesterday to be next to Wall-e’s house and she spent the night hiding behind my house in the rift. So how do I get her over to the other world? 😢 Also I love all the villagers and won’t be banishing any of them.

I had him all over my valley and now the sand color blends into the beach and cliffs... and clashes with all my regal type builds where I used him as a marble statue... marble made a lot of sense for eric. Also the new pose obstructs the front view of the statue... they should have just gone full T pose for the memes

It seems like there is a new pose when taking a selfie. Maybe it’s a male thing. I haven’t switched to female since the release. But now you point at things with your thumb when taking a selfie. It is one of the poses that rotates when not choosing a specific pose. But he does it a lot when I pull out my camera.
are there monkeys/cobras that only come on certain days like other companions? I worked both my jobs yesterday and was too tired afterward to spend much time exploring 🤣😭
Why is it when I put my main house on the new map I can’t upgrade or add rooms to the house? It’s forcing me to be on the main island if I want more rooms. Anyone find a way around this?
The second one isn’t true. If you go to maps and see the villager is in their home go to furniture and move their village to your preferred map and they’ll be inside their house still and you can bring them over like that. I’ve done it a few times so I can use the hangout bonus while mining and I just started playing it. :) hope that helps :)
Furniture mode is the best fix for me! I would get so frustrated with the menu jumping to the top!
