My one tip is if you have a quest with a character, Hang out with them so that they follow you through the quest and you dont have to keep finding them if you need to go back to them
3 fruit and 1 wheat make a 4 star dish. I make dozens of them quickly by selecting the recipie and autofilling the ingredients. Keeps my bar in the yellow for days, never need to go home.
Moving your house all the time doesn't sound so logic to me, as there is a well near your house. Also there is enough of fruit to collect and eat to restore your energy. Eating goes way quicker than going in and out of the house all the time. Also you can eat something big at Remy's realm and get enery for a long period. And at the realm you don't have to pay or use your own products.
I just make a bunch of berry salads (blueberry, gooseberry, and raspberry); they give you 2,210 energy and the ingredients are free and easy to harvest.
I wish I knew in the beginning to not waste dream light on unlocking realms. I was just so anxious to get more characters and story lines that I thought I had to. I unlocked 3 realms right away and wasted all the Dreamlight I accrued. If I had known it was more important to unlock biomes I think I could have gotten further in the game in the first 20 hours than I did. I am 26 hours into the game and just now unlocking biomes. I’m not complaining too much though I do spent a lot of time running around mining and picking flowers in between quests lol
Also about the item limit... clear all ferns, reeds, lilypads, and glowing algae from every lake and river. It's a ton of decoration that only adds to your count.
I would say use it with caution if you're on switch and other consoles. It constantly freezes my game. I've been playing since day one and it crashes my game everytime. Doesn't seem to be a problem on PC though
I don't go back in the house to recharge I just make like 20 seafood platters they refill your energy almost the full 2 bars and it only takes 2 seafood items to make them
For #6 and getting creative where to put character houses, I agree, the beach can get crowded. So many characters in relation to water! I have Stitch's house in the Glade and I think the marshy, native trees of the Glade look awesome against the Stitch house's palm tree accents. I placed the house in the rocky nook between the double entrances to the Meadow, which is also in proximity to the Glade come Beach opening, so it looks like a blend of both flora and fauna briefly meeting together when you enter a new biome. I also have Beast's Castle in the Frosted Heights rather than the supremely popular Forest of Valor. Beauty and the Beast had a wonderful winter scene and I wanted to shed light on that. I also have Vanellope's candy house in the Sunlit Plateau. Originally I wanted it in the Plaza or Meadow when I received it, but there was zero room, so I built it in the Plateau as a placeholder until I could figure something out, but I haven't moved it since, the placement ended up being spectacular! Vanellope's house gives a great pop of color and dynamic contrast within the otherwise dry, monotone-earthy, drab color scheme. The Plateau is my least favorite biome, but I love what Vanellope's house looks like in it.
Im CONSTANTLY changing the light since day one. I work night shifts 7 days and then I’m off for 7 days. My schedule is all over the place so a dark game makes me snooze lmao. It’s always daytime in my valley whether I’m playing at 8am before sleep or 2am late gaming session😂
If you're well fed and your energy bar glows golden you can hold Shift and surf on a magical trail. It uses up the golden part of your energy but it's very fun and especially when getting the "eat 15 foods" challenge it's at least not completely wasted :D

The more level 10 friends you have with the same skill, the better rewards you get for that skill. I’m pretty sure there’s a cap, but I restarted a while back, and this time I have no harvesting friend (I do this all the time since it takes no energy, so unless they can increase the likelihood of getting a memory, I don’t really need the help)
The item limit thing is literally such a bummer when you've been playing animal crossing for so long. It was a big shock to me and I had to clear a bunch of trees/rocks/flowers. Edit: thank you for a great video. Look forward to seeing more of your content!
A very simple 5 star recipe, you need dazzle beach and glade of trust or forest of valor. In dazzle beach, grab 4 shells and go to your over location to get 1 lemon. It's very simple and cheap and nutritious!

I know the dream snaps can be annoying but they are so worth doing as you get moonstones. The minimum moonstones you get each week is 300 and I think the most is maybe 6000. So well worth it for the premium store and the dream paths 😁
I thought that finding the characters around your valley was hard! UNTIL I realized if you go to your map find the character you want to interact with and press on it. When you leave the map there will be a sparkling line for you to follow so you can find the character easier. Even if the character moves away from you XD
Great video. Wanted to add that for #7the Avatar Creator, definitely look for the list of items that are exclusive to the Avatar Creator. You can only import once. So good to make it count! If you don't grab the exclusive items when creating your character, there isn't any way other way to get them currently. Also, you can only choose one of the three colors for the Silk Cami Top. I hope that perhaps in future updates they will allow those to be for purchased in Scrooge's shop. Happy I saw that before I imported my Avatar.
Another don’t button mash I’ve been playing since December and i barely noticed when you up friendship levels first gives you an option to choose what goes up as you increase friendship levels with the characters. I never paid attention as I hurried through dialogue to continue what I would be doing and barely read this mistake I’ve done with many characters already. I never thought since when I saw an intro video to game before purchasing and it was said that example goofy helps with fishing like it was automatic now this prevent not to be the case it depends what you pic for them first friendship level increase *^*
#1 tip is not to time jump it's a game that runs time from the cloud and IP address not from your system clock... Major mistake... Should be your top tip

I have only gotten them as extras handed by your fishing partner, they sell and break down into 5 seaweed from what I have seen, but she makes it sound like it will be needed for a quest...
Reading the description it mentions it can be used to upgrade the fishing rod, I'm saving them incase they can be used for upgrades in the future, they don't seem to be really common 😊

Make an orchard. It’s sooo much easier to harvest. And put a stove and chest in each biome.
And a crafting station!

Open as many biomes before unlocking realm characters. They may ask stuff you cant reach if you dont have the biome where it comes from yet.

You can find more rich soil by harvesting than by digging holes!

The character design tool she is talking about is a website separate from the game. You import your customized character into the game
I did not know fast traveling to realms or that we could use a friend for the digging, mining or fishing. Boy do I feel dumb!
