One of your videos came on my feed one day and I gave it a watch. I then binge watched content of interest. I made a butternut squash soup with coconut butter (along with some spices) inspired by you and it was delicious! I appreciate your star meal templates and plan to type them out, laminate, and put them on my fridge to help me come up with different smoothie, sauce, and meal combinations. Thanks for sharing your healthytarian information. It is going to make my life a lot easier and will help make a difference on my journey to healthy living!

Sounds good. Got a new and very powerful blender today and I have peanut butter already so all I have to get are some bananas.

I cut up some bananas and froze them earlier this week, and I have tahini butter. Going to give this a try when I have a craving for nice cream! OH YEAH! 😆😋

Yes, that will make a very different tasting nice cream than the combo in the video, but if you enjoy tahini, it is yummy in its own way too :)

Nice video. I replace peanut butter with medjool dates. One gets blended up with the bananas, the other gets chopped finely and folded into the nicecream once it's blended.

Is peanut butter alright to use here, even though it's almost impossible to find true raw peanut butter, and it is almost always roasted?

Although I aim to use personally, and advise professionally, the use *raw and soaked* nuts (and seeds) as much as possible, there are some exceptions that I feel are okay, as long as they are not "the norm" or predominant use in our diet. Such a case would be with organic peanut butter, as you are correct, it is nearly impossible to find it raw. I have tried raw peanuts as part of some meals before, and they are not always the greatest in how they change the flavor, so I wouldn't recommend raw peanuts for this recipe combo. Due to aflatoxin scares in peanuts too, this is one of the reasons why almost all peanut butter is roasted commercially. However, if a person does not feel comfortable consuming any roasted peanut butter or peanuts for any reason, the closest and best ingredient swap here would be to use organic, raw almond butter.
