When I was in the garden this week, a bumble bee buried himself so far into the flower, all I could see was his little bumble butt.
Love the unnamed fabric, i would suggest “outback storm” looks like a dark storm rolling in. Looking forward to retreat in August. Bee and Charlotte

Enjoyed your floss tube and love that fabric. I think it looks like an 'Ink Pool' just like drops of ink have been added to water. It could also be a 'Squid Trail'. Charlotte and bee.

Congratulations on your first FlossTube and to Bren for leaving his full time job! I work in IT, so I know all too well what his previous work life was like. LOL My suggestion for the fabric name is Bilby. The darker areas remind me of their blue-grey coats, the lighter areas remind me of the desert terrain where they live, and it still keeps with the Australian theme for your fabric names. Charlotte and bee.

Eerie Eve is my suggestion for the fabric. It looks like a storm is brewing as the sun is setting with the dark/light contrasts. Your pieces are gorgeous and your new starts are so ambitious!! That new fabric reminds me of the aftermath of our Aussie bushfires. So how about Aftermath? Or After Fire. Or Burnt Land. Then Brendan will need to create the matching "flooding rains"..... then a green and black one called Regrowth for Karen. Love the bush when the Eucalyptus start to regrow. One day Flannel Flower would be a nice addition, cream with a touch of green....
