Chad just found you - Thank you for being such an incredible human! You have and will keep impacting me ( as you offer so much content) and I will go on to impact others. Megan, Dorset UK
@@chad.littlefield I will be host networking events which I'm calling WomanSpeak Connect Where Storytelling Meets Networking Connect, Communicate, Celebrate. It’s based around WomanSpeak practices whoever I was wishing to have storytelling as part of the networking time of the event so I was looking around for a solution. I do have some of my own ideas and now I have found your engage cards and suggested exercises, I’m pretty sure I have a wonderful solution/s . Finding your expertise and what you offer is going to support me in many areas of my facilitation journey. Thank you Megan
@@chad.littlefield I facilitate a women's public speaking program called WomanSpeak, founded by American KCBaker. This program fosters an environment of immense respect, support, validation, and celebration. It serves as an incubation process, encouraging women to take risks and delve deep to express their innate wisdom and knowledge.
Megan, just saw your other comments here. For your networking event, attendees might freak out with excitement and love this simple tool: weand.me/product/we-connect-sticker-name-tags
Thanks for providing these great resources! I am hosting a church group but I am short on time to be able to print out your cards with the photos, so I'm going to adapt the activity to have everyone choose a photo in their phone pictures album and share with a partner the experience behind how it came about, what they were doing, etcetera. After they exchange stories about their photos, they can take a selfie together!
I would love to put together a digital interactive version of the cards in a PPT or Canva deck. I also really resonated with "help eradicate small talk and create conversations that matter".
Curious to hear more about what you were envisioning. We do have web apps of both decks of cards available for free with no sign in on our free resources page: weand.me/free/
will match this with productive silence - and invite everyone to, if/when needed, take a breath. and i mean everyone, especially including high energy me. winq winq!
Find a free digital version of many of these resources at weand.me/free/ or get a Connection Toolkit shipped to you here: weand.me/store/

Great Icebreaker Technique
For me, the best icebreakers simply jumpstart conversations that people ENJOY. Conversations that matter-to them. Glad you enjoyed these.
Great tips and exercises as ever, Chad!
