If there was no red dots i would give it back to apple to not loose warranty. But their service may not be better choice.

What about that orange spot on the board at 1:48? I would assume that's rust. Granted I work on phones and tablets primarily so I could just be ill informed, but there's definitely an irregularity there.

I have been hobby soldering for more than 20 years now but only learnt how to use flux properly after seeing your videos. I used to wonder why my solder is making spikes and rods instead of nice shiny balls. Now I know. Thanks
