North Norfolk Railway Mixed Traction Gala 14/06/2019

Coverage from a couple of hours at Weybourne on the morning of Day 1 of the NNR's Mixed Traction Gala. In somewhat changeable weather conditions, home fleet Class 37 37032, back from a heavy overhaul, WD Austerity 2-10-0 90775, 7F 53809 and long term visitor 20227 'Sherlock Holmes' are joined by visiting Cromptons 33202 'Dennis G Robinson' from Sonic Rail Services & 33063 'R J Mitchell' visiting from the Spa Valley Railway, and 57003 courtesy of Direct Rail Services.
Along with the arrivals and departures from Weybourne, this video also includes coverage of 90775 shunting off the yard to couple up to 33202 on the M&GN coach set for a positioning move to Sheringham, and 53809 shunting the mixed goods in and out of the yard as extra wagons are added to the formation, just as trip freight workings would have done in the steam days.
