North Norfolk Railway Spring Steam Gala 2019

A sunny Monday 8th April 2019 sees B12 8572 and WD 90775 between Sheringham and Weybourne, this weather was in stark contrast to the two days before which were the North Norfolk Railway's Spring Steam Gala, days full of cloud, rain and mist making for a very atmospheric event.

An intensive service was run over the weekend with three Mk1 rakes and a suburban Mk1 rake alongside a goods train.
The gala was set to feature Caledonian Railway 0-4-4T 419, which it did indeed for part of Friday and Saturday but due to numerous problems the engine was withdrawn on both of these days and did not feature at all on Sunday.

Brilliant video as ever. From what I heard it was a bit of a troublesome gala points failure, lineside fire and the star guest failing. Well done for sticking with it through the miserable looking weather
