Hello 😊 , thank you for sharing dhamma🙏. Venerable monk Sarana , I have a question... I'm 16 and I took five precepts by myself recently, I try to follow the Eightfold Noble path. I want to become a monk and join Theravada tradition after my 20 years,but I don't know location of the any theravadian monastery with English language. I live in Belarus now. Thanks a lot🙏
Venerable sir, please suggest something on how can I maintain precepts and avoid workplace bullies. Is is ok to commit same anount of mental or verbal Violence as they do?
