They are not preserved because of Christianity and Islam .we do have museums and temples are literally everywhere .I realized I have 4 near my house and one of them is so near me but I don't even think the government knows about it (it is really deep in the forest and it's really small )

Beautiful country with a lot of dope historic stuff to see and it was cool to see ancient ruins and be like "yo I saw this place how it looked over 2000 years ago while playing ac odyssey"

It’s so sad that all these temples are all in ruins today. They need to be brought back to their old glory.
The statue of Zeus was just relocated to Constantinople along with other works of art from Antiquity (like the Aphrodite of Cnidus).
It was preserved in the collection of the House of Lausus but all the building and the entire collection was destroyed during the fire of 475.
The Greeks should worship Zeus and other deities again if they want to be blessed by the gods of Olympia.

I love Greek History. I believe in their Gods. I only see some of the most ridiculous stories as Myth. Otherwise, I believe the more Hellenistic beliefs. I can't seem to hear enough, I am just that interested. In Gods and Goddesses. They are basically the same as Christianity but then Christian beliefs stem mostly from the Greek and Gaelic beliefs more than anything else. They only add BS to get people to believe with scare tactics. Thank you so much. My Dad was baptized at the Greek Orthodox Church in Austria. Before coming to Canada with his entire family at age six. We attended the Toman Catholic church for my Mom, but my Dad and I believed in much of the Greek beliefs. 6, years this month they have been gone now. I sure miss them. Especially right now. The correct term to be used is A.D., not “common era”.
It depends on the context in which it is used. A.D stands for Anno Domini which means in the Year of the Lord. In Christian narrative, it is appropriate to use that term but non-Christians, Jews and those discussing the periods of time in history in a secular context will simply use the generic terms BCE "Before Common Era" or CE "Common Era" . It was really within the common era accurately describing the common calender year hence it's not wrong or inaccurate.
