Mint Julep - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
• 2 oz bourbon
• 8 mint leaves
• ¼ oz simple syrup
• Mint sprig, for garnish
• Angostura bitters
Directions:
1. In a glass, lightly muddle mint leaves in simple syrup.
2. Add bourbon and crushed ice. Stir.
3. Top with more ice and garnish with mint sprig and a few drops of bitters.
