Makes me think that most of these minimalist contemporary "mansions" are tax write-offs in some way, like if owners claim the house is primarily for corporate usage, the cost of maintenance could be considered a business expense and allowing the costs to be deducted from their taxes.
That's exactly what I thought ... move this somewhere near a more metropolitan area like ... Denver ... or maybe Munich or something like that ... Change the Logo of your company to this layout ... and have all your pyramid scheme worker bees aspire to one day get a shared desk in there ^^

Why open half the room if you could have sliding glass doors which would probably cost 10% of the odd door with the fins. Why is the office so dark? And so on.
Spot on Arvin! The stone is fine, it's a pretty tone, but my eyes are STARVING for any hint of warmth. Everything is so drab & cold. If I'm skiing I want to come home to cozy and warm not some weird grey version of the Guggenheim. The bathrooms are horrible. I'm going to get impaled trying to get out of the tub The kitchen is dreadful. I need a gas cook top with a Grill! I give up... I just can't with this property.

The interior entrance looks like an atrium to an office building and for a home in Utah, the open expanse along with the color palette makes this home look cold and dreary, not warm and comforting like you would expect for a home in Utah. Definitely needs more natural textures and colors for a warmer feel.
All ski resorts have more cloudy days than sunny. So it's gray on the inside and outside. After skiing all day, I really want to spend the evening walking and climbing steps to get anywhere.

I’ve previously watched Enes’ videos and often thought some things don’t seem ideal, cohesive or practical…the way you articulate such flaws in a funny way is just fantastic! It also means my gut feel in many instances was spot on👍
At 25:21 you can actually see that the rod is already loose and moving and Enes is quickly taking away his hand when he realizes, so the showerhead rod probably will reach the same fate just as Arvin said.
Wallace Cunningham is a very famous architect , and I would not want to live in a single one of his homes, ALL of them look like the most souless office with narrow aggressive angles haunting every part of the home.

The design is indeed creative, but not at all functional as an abode in a ski resort.

Apparently the architect thought that the staircase was the wow factor and never thought you would find it ugly or that Enes would struggle to get up it at an altitude of 7,000 feet. Agree with you that the concept of this disjointed house is terrible especially when it comes to safety. Watching Enes walk around made me nervous he might miss a step and fall. There are so many problems. The kitchen seemed like a hallway. Did you notice how the floating mirrors in the bathrooms are not positioned high enough for Enes?
There are wood imitation vinyl stickers that you can get on Temu. I'd totally buy this mansion as I love growing indoor plants (so many windows 🤩), then use the stickers to hide some of the stone walls. Add some cozy Momeni wool rugs, done! I'd just hope I'll never end up in a wheelchair, otherwise all the stairs would become a problem.
About the stone: I really like the look but i got your point about the warmth. I did not even come up with that point and you are right. Great to see that from an expter eyes view.

I feel like this house is designed for a more Asian clientele. From the long staircases to the house resembling a long curving dragon to the usual lines/lighting styles you find in houses built in Taiwan to the heavy overuse of stone (very popular right now), this is gonna be a targeted sale.

Interesting place for a movie villain to have their main office at. The movie's hero can start on one end of the building and slowly work their way up through the structure taking out multiple henchmen, each a little bit more difficult to defeat than the previous one. Heck, can even throw some puzzle death rooms in there to spice things up. That's all I can see in this house.

The movie's hero can start on one end of the building and slowly work their way up through the structure taking out multiple henchmen, each a little bit more difficult to defeat than the previous one. Heck, can even throw some puzzle death rooms in there to spice things up. That's all I can see in this house.

I really laughed when the realtor put on his shades, a real selling point 😂 I totally agree that this property is totally design flawed. Dripping rooftops, angles galore, stairs/steps and no warmth. If I had that land and money, I could have done a thousand times better. It’s sad to see the waste of effort on this build 😢
