Makes me think that most of these minimalist contemporary "mansions" are tax write-offs in some way, like if owners claim the house is primarily for corporate usage, the cost of maintenance could be considered a business expense and allowing the costs to be deducted from their taxes.

That's exactly what I thought ... move this somewhere near a more metropolitan area like ... Denver ... or maybe Munich or something like that ... Change the Logo of your company to this layout ... and have all your pyramid scheme worker bees aspire to one day get a shared desk in there ^^

I agree with you on this one 100% - It's in Park City, it's supposed to be a Ski Chalet, looks more like some corporate retreat where exec's meet in a boardroom and have their meals catered to them. Agree with you that the concept of this disjointed house is terrible especially when it comes to safety. Watching Enes walk around made me nervous he might miss a step and fall. There are so many problems. The kitchen seemed like a hallway. Did you notice how the floating mirrors in the bathrooms are not positioned high enough for Enes?

I'd totally buy this mansion as I love growing indoor plants (so many windows 🤩), then use the stickers to hide some of the stone walls. Add some cozy Momeni wool rugs, done! This was such a great video, Arvin. Thank you. For me, I think I'd need a shot coming in that front door and going up those steps. Also, the entire tour, I was just thinking how many toddler death traps this house contains. Take out the furniture and put some handholds on the stone walls and you could have a rad rock climbing/skate park combo, though.

I feel like this house is designed for a more Asian clientele. From the long staircases to the house resembling a long curving dragon to the usual lines/lighting styles you find in houses built in Taiwan to the heavy overuse of stone (very popular right now), this is gonna be a targeted sale.

What is the inspiration of the architect designing this house? Loving stairs and windows? Beating the Length-To-Width-Record? Hating people?

The house is weird without any doubt, but the comments are just magic, i don't know if they know each other but that would be incredible to have both who visit in the same time a house an each of them explain his vision about, that would be gold to watch

Arvin, I’ve been watching you for a while now. I’m sure you might recognise my name as I’m a frequent commenter on your videos almost exclusively - it’s absolutly shocking to me every time I see your subscriber count. Your experience and knowledge as well as production value in editing are bar none. I’m so excited for you to break the 1 million - and cannot believe that somehow we’re still waiting for 100k. Keep it up- you’ll get there sooner than you think

Interesting place for a movie villain to have their main office at. The movie's hero can start on one end of the building and slowly work their way up through the structure taking out multiple henchmen, each a little bit more difficult to defeat than the previous one. Heck, can even throw some puzzle death rooms in there to spice things up. That's all I can see in this house.

I like how Arvin says all the things the Realtor really wants to say about the houses they are trying to show and sell but can't

Just subscribed to your channel. Even though I live in Australia, I really enjoy the evaluation of these properties. Properties like these are relatively rare here, in contrast with the huge market in the US. Awesome work. God bless everything you do.

Your underestimating one thing, the families that ownes houses like this don't like each other. Being a mile apart is a feature not a bug😂

Arvin - you are so funny - love the sarcasm & comparisons! Got me really laughing on this video. I really laughed when the realtor put on his shades, a real selling point 😂 I totally agree that this property is totally design flawed. Dripping rooftops, angles galore, stairs/steps and no warmth. If I had that land and money, I could have done a thousand times better. It’s sad to see the waste of effort on this build 😢
