Wow what a testimony! Some" Christians" that I talked to can't understand that they're only operating on half the authority that is Theirs to receive by not experiencing the baptism of the Holy Spirit. And the only thing you have to do to receive it anytime anywhere is to Just totally Surrender yourself.
