I really hated the front grille at first but surprisingly it’s growing or maybe it’s just this color that is making it look better

The grille looks like the car had botox injections. The front doesn't flow with the rest of the body lines.
Wow this is so cool, I’ve ordered mine in this spec with Brooklyn Grey, black wheels and the sunroof. I haven’t seen one with a sunroof anywhere else on the internet and BMW’s website only has a basic photo so it’s good to actually see how great it looks. Can’t wait, 2 months to go 👍😀
it looks perfect in frozen black with the blue laser headlights, black wheels, red interior and no front license plate.
The license plate is the only thing bothering me, thank god swiss front license plates are a lot smaller
They no longer have Frozen black just the "Black Sapphire Metallic" according to BMW.

I like the grill on the M3 so much better than the M4 for some reason. Also lets get VV poppin again - love this type of content. I am a dentist in Palo Alto and I went to University of Michigan - I have a 2021 Cayenne GTS we should meet up and go for a drive sometime!

One of your best vids in a long time. Suggestion though… go more into detail about things like stereo quality. Also pointing out how certain features or specs compare between the car you are reviewing and the competition would be helpful.

Great on paper, everything else is really compensating for one bad decision

Prior Design seem to have come up with a solution for the front grill ;)
I believe they will also make It so there's more options to choose from, and they should all look much much better than the stock one.
It's funny most everyone parroted the journalist on the grill, then many people said OH... after a while it grew on me. Many people love the grill from the start. If you take the people that loved the grill from the start and added it with the people that eventually came to like it. You have the majority and therefore make this the greatest M3 to ever and will ever exist. (if they add weight from a hybrid system in the future) IMHO

i would totally own one. i can tolerate the grille and get used to it if what i hear everyone is saying about it being such a good driving car is true
The car's engine and suspension is crazy good. If you have to tolerate something, it's not good to begin with. I couldn't drop 70 to 80k on something like this if I had to close my eyes walking up to it.
Not a huge fan of BMW but the first look at the interior it's not to bad.
Got the manual version and no fancy traffic jan cruise control like that.

The Design Should have been how the F series should have, this looks so much more true to the E9X i love it so much.

I saw one at the dealership and was shocked they actually went with this grille design looked worse in person. You need a whole new bumper to fit a smaller grille too...👎🏼👎🏼🤮🤮

I assume it's rear-wheel-drive, but you didn't say so. It's actually really hard to find information on the performance difference between RWD and XDrive. XDrive adds at least a hundred pounds, but provides more grip and speed through the apex. It's impressive. I've driven a few of them. How is the difference between xDrive and lighter rear wheel drives performance-wise not a major topic on this channel or all the others? I don't understand. Would like to know more.
just bought a awd and i did 0-60 in 3.1secs its amazing grip on it just a lil bit heaverier. you can also turn turn off the xdrive if you'd like do rear wheel driving.
The front grill reminds me of the green pigs from Angry Birds, I’ll never be able to love the look of this grotesque thing

Loved the video and car for sure except the rear design is not as special as a BMW M could be. It’e getting very similar as Toyota models such as Camry. I’m sure the performance is way better than before but not the design. . Thanks for video

While it might be a great handling car, that grill style is horrendous
I like that color just not with those wheels.....everyone I see has those Black wheels which make the front and body stand out. The silver or silver rimmed wheels to me look better with most colors. The only bad color I've seen is the yellow it's to much.
Great Review, just hideous styling for an ///M car. Such a disappointment for us ///M guys who enjoyed driving each new generation. I’ll be sticking with the F82 for quite some time. BMW needs to redesign both the front grille and the hood for me to even consider it. It needs that classic M3/M4 hood scoop. Just an overall let down BMW from a styling perspective. Performance wise, it sounds like the engineering is amazing and a good step forward. Yet needs to present better overall….

But hey if you think one BMW is that expensive fine.
I can buy a more expensive car but i choose not to do that. Also i love my Mazda.

The interior was the thing that turned me off of the M3. Things looked squished and a bit like the designer brought his legos to the set. I hate the red buttons and lighting.
Performance wise it’s amazing but other than that it’s just meh. Still it was hella fun to drive. If it could have the interior fit and finish of the C63 AMG S (real metal trim) it would be an AMAZING place to be.
Still the performance is almost enough for me to forget about what I don’t like. Almost.
