This is how ryu and Ken would actually play the game against eachother
*Time Over Double K.O.*

The fact that they weren't blocking but in fact dodging baffled me💪✊,it was so intense I stood up
chip damage is a bitch in SF2
Also they grab you when you block
Ono cristy
Round 2 & 3 was so intense it felt like it was choreographed, way better than any action movies I've ever watched.
Watch assassin's fist
@@burnybernie weird that a fan made is better than any of the hollywood crap.
...it was choreographed
At first I was like “this is boring.” Then came all the crazy cross ups and choreographed moves. Awesome. I will forever love this game.
Choreographed moves is the exact term :)
Bro sf2 is already a very hard game as is in terms of execution
We're all so proud that you approve this video. How would we go on living if you didn't like it mi lord.
@@rodluv21 Don't.
2:42 I love how it was on point with the song
Me too XD

Now that’s an anime fight if I ever seen one
Lol that’s exactly how main character vs main character is in anime the main protagonist will always win ofc
But then Ken won.
I think he was using Ken
If he was using Ryu, Ryu woulda won
If he was using Ryu and Ken was AI or Player 2 Idk if he lost
Wow..that was dramatic..
Thanks Pikachu!!! 💚
What in the world went wrong with the hitboxes at 0:33? Backwards shoryuken!
That was epic
Lol

2:37, 2:42, 2:48
Let's hear that RHYTHM, shall we?
Bruh wow
Glad I wasn’t the only one who knew both bots was fighting to the rhythm.
Theres actually another in 2:02
Mixed Code i actually just wrote one time i think it was because i was checking if the actual moment was right but i already deleted the error
XD
Brings me back to the good old days when combos and special moves actually meant something. I grew up in Japan and fights like these were commonplace at the local arcade after school. Those fights were seriously intense.
They still do mean something, fighting games are doing really well in general these days, though street fighter has gone to shit. You should watch desks dbfz vids if you like these.
This boomer probably wouldn’t last a day on fightcade lol
I grew up in Australia and every day after school there was a battle at the arcade. I watched this thinking about how I could have used some of those combos. We had one rule, no throwing.
@Virtual Bar5 this guy is saying tas level matches were common where he grew up. Like as if the level of play back then was stronger
bro jus trashed almost every single fighting game with ignorance
2:43 perfect timing sound XD in the 2:37 too xd

Epic stuff there, man!
Thanks! 😆
You feel these hits.
Current games don’t emphasize attacks
It's the slow mo effect
Try Tekken, mate.
@@justanotherlikeyou I'm not sure it's even an effect. It may just be the game lagging to register hits. The only real evidence pointing to such is that it slows down noticeably more with the complex Hadouken effect than any other move. It may just be a happy accident, like combos.
The sound effects make it so
@@brazilianarmedforces9850 The game with light shows when your hit connects? You sounding casual af right now.

This was such a privilege to watch!! Epic battle
this was hardcore drammatic and nostalgic man ... i instantly got teleported to the arcade playing this game thank you .
I swear man this is how good we felt like we were back in the day in those gas station arcades. So many epic battles and great memories.
2:11 did ken just throw a red hadouken?
Yes this rare
This was me back in the Early 90's at 7-Eleven
Everyday after school i would pass the game with just 1 Quarter.
You should compete at a tournament by this rate man

I know right? 😱
=O
Classic derpy hit boxes and i-frames.
if you're in a serious fight with your mate and press random buttons.
My mind is so blown by the awesomeness of this
in round 3, it took 30 seconds for a hit to land, that was awesome
By far the most exciting Street Fighter match I've ever seen
Facts
Managed to actually make the slowness of classic SF2 /CE thrilling
Perfect Timing XD 2:42
A fight for the ages!
Those middle rounds were nothing short of EPIC!
Ryu ran out of gas in that final
round!
¡Gracias Edd! 💪💪💪
This is probably what a ‘real life’ fight between these two would go down. Nice!
1:50 WoW!!
1:55 DBZ battles be like
Epic. Though Ryu is the cover boy we always assume he is gonna take the fight. Nice cliffhanger and Ken crushing the final round was totally unexpected.
Great gameplay. That choreography was epic. Thanks for the nostalgia!
This was great, super, amazing! Best Ryu Vs Ken fight I've ever seen. And to have it end with Ken winning is extra special. Bravo TAS bot
The second round was probably the most dramatic battle I’ve seen
No way! Never saw a fight like that in my whole street fighter life!
I really want to know who played?! 🐉

A match so evenly fought, if occurred IRL the fans would tear the place apart.
The power of the impact sounds and feelings of this has never been matched. Super street fighter messed up the punch sound too
That was weird. Both won one time only, but Ken was victorious.
Bcz ken is the best character in the game
When double KO both will get a victory but no one can win, thats how ken got one and ryu didn't because he already had one.
@@baloochii no, it's bcz ken is the best character ever
@@thevirtuoso8362 lol
I know, cheeky Ken. Takes it too a Final Round without winning a fight then wipes the floor with Ryu in seconds flat. Ken rules ;)
Impresionante! Que bueno volver a verte Bizarro! C:
¡Lo mismo digo Argie! 💚
Gracias por el MP 💪💪💪
Ryu and I squaring up at round three was unbelievable!
That moment you realized champion edition had damage scaling you thought was good after World Warrior. The hits effects from W.W. to C.E. to H. F. Feel powerful AF.
No street fighter game ever matched the power of these hits again. The closest are the first two SF3 and 3 Alpha games
This was a delight to watch! It's like watching the game played at the highest level of skill! So entertaining!
3:15 Ken got enough of Ryu's bullshit and started a onslaught.
This game was really the only reason I got the Super Nintendo classic.
On the Sega Mega Drive, Ryu always appeared to be the more powerful character, albeit slower and more controlled. Ken was faster but lacked the power and his moves appeared wild. Yet I read on Wiki that there was some kind of error in the development of the characters that made it so that Ken was the stronger of the two. This goes against my childhood experience.
It depends on the version you play.
Ryu is probably weaker in the OG SF2 where both characters have exact same move set but Ken somehow does slightly higher damage. Since later editions both characters have their own strengths. Here in Champion Edition Ryu’s special moves are faster, fireball does more damage/stun/pushbacks. With a simple jump in Ryu can easily stun the opponent with a 3 hit combo. Ken doesn’t have such easy damage tools but in contrast his throw is a grab hold. Allowing him to do continuous damage to opponents. And due to his hurricane kick has multi hit property. It has huge damage potential. Using a hurricane kick to a stunned opponent will making all the kicks connect and draining opponent‘a lifebar in mere second. With this trick Ken actually possesses a touch of death combo, providing the player can pull it off without mistakes. At the end of the day Ryu is more of a simple and power balanced character while Ken actually requires some skills to put his explosive damage to work.
you cannot dodge a hadoken with a shoryuken anymore, that was one of the coolest things
2:29 was awesome too😂😂☺😏
They was ON BEAT with the punch sounds and dodges @2:37 and @2:42
This might have been a perfect battle
Brings back so many amazing memories. This and tekken 3. Oh my Lord😍😍😍😍
Best "Tatsumaki Sen Pu Kyaku" ever! You can't touch Ken at home, you just can't.
Possibly the raddest demo of Ken and Ryu’s skills…so satisfying
This was epic, like watching planets collide and the stars being born.
Jaja estuvo chingona la coreografia del round 3 🤘
¡Fue hermoso hacerla! 💪
@@MBizarro
Please someone explain how this is humanly possible. This is so sublime, I need to know if this was a program running or actually two humans playing?! I want to learn how to play like this.
That finishing combo from Ken 😍
I swear this dude could make chairs look cool he can TAS anything
0:13 Oh look. Their special intro.

1:50 they started reeking havoc
In the first version of Street Fighter II World Warior, the maximum rounds are 9.
Just an English comment passing through.
*Whistles awkwardly*
You misspelled "through"

1:50... absolutely perfect
2:40 wtf!?!?
Wow this was full on, way more down to the wire than I thought it would be. 10/10 👏
I want to belive you made Ken win this one because in the canon, Ken says he won't marry Eliza until he can beat Ryu and in this game Ken marry Eliza.
Actually he does beat ryu at one point when they were younger and then ryu beats him or something later
M. Bizzaro 👏👏👏👏👏 Everyone replay and listen to the dedication, HARD work, the painstaking patience involved to time the whiffs, hits, blocks, basically all the sound effects to Ken’s theme song in the third round. Bravo 👏 👏👏👏👏
Lol..this was so intense..i got goosebumps watching it😂 great upload..
The sync at :44 is my favorite.
The best combat game in history. Obviously there are two pro players behind this Mach. Good memories to me. Positive vibes to you
