- Farmall 756 Discing with an International 370 Disc. Getting the field ready to plant. The Farmall tractor does a nice job chopping corn stalks. The international 370 discs also get the job done. This is a 1968 Farmall 756. #farmall #international #farmallfanatic
Thanks for the ride along. Not too a bad reason to be running without a muffler on the 756. Those low limbs can play heck with a muffler, believe me, I know. LOL The disc looked to be working the ground up nice. Whoever you had on the camera did a good job getting shots of you & the tractor going across the field. Stay safe.
This set is just heavy enough to get it done. That was PA Hillbilly on the camera. Thanks for watching!
@@FarmallFanatic Hmmm...Just a thought, what about using a 90°degree elbow on that exhaust and having it extent to the end of the hood with a 90°short elbow on it??.This would make it low profile to duck under 🌳🚜⬅trees, but direct sound away from the operator.I can't see how you stand listening to that all day,I'd have to have ear plugs and 🎧⬅headphones over that.
This idea is a copycat from the old Bolens/FMC HT-23,these garden tractors used a similar design.(muffler running across the top of your hood in your case, the Bolens ran it along the side of the hood, the exhaust discharged and the end of the hood the same way though)
@@4gauge10 my thing is, I run it without a muffler about an hour a year tops, so to retrofit it...it wouldnt be worth it. Ive own tractors that I made the exhaust go underneath the tractor and blow out the back...that worked well.
@@FarmallFanatic That's even better yet, running it out the back.
I didn't know how often you ran the 756 I.H.,but even for an hour, would seem to give you ringing of the ears.
@@4gauge10 i push those yellow foam ear plugs in my ears.
I use to drive one like this in the 60’s, when I was only 15 years old.
Nice
As a kid, i loved greasing the equipment, always helped my dad and grandpa.
I Love deer!
.....with potatoes.
Man it’s doing a fine job. Love seeing other people still us older iron. Nice video. Have a good weekend
New friend, Thanks for taking us on your ride. great equipment.
Nice man! I love seeing the 756 working like she should. Some people don't like the sound of gas tractors.. it never gets old to me!
I do too...tractor has as much power and torque as ANY diesel 756 Ive ever driven
This brought back great memories. In the early 70's we traded our John Deere 70 for a 756. First cab tractor we had.
I bet you couldn't drive it enough 👍
Wow you remind me of my grandfather, he ran his dairy farm with similar equipment. Ih 786, farmall 450d , and a farmall A . Love the old red iron
He cultivate with the A?
@@FarmallFanatic no the A was used for hauling wagons on short trips and for odds and ends like raking hay. 786 and 450 did 90 percent of the work.
Always amazing how well these older machine run...and run well with proper care and maintenance
Grease it up! I like your reason for taking it to the 4" straight pipe. Looks like you had a camera person this time too. 👍
Awesome video buddy! Thanks for sharing with us! Hopefully you have a great crop this season!
Always an adventure hanging out with you.
Shots from the tree stand were cool.
I’m glad to see u in the field it’s been raining where I am and waiting to start doing hay great video
Man this makes me want to come visit you just to be able to drive around on a tractor and plow a corn field!! Looks like a freaking blast!!
Great reason for removing the muffler, leaving those overhangs to create scrapping areas in the future!! Always smart to plan ahead and utilize what you have to the fullest! I really enjoyed this video Farmall I’m learning a ton from your content my friend thank you 🙏👊🏼
Haha youre in Florida...it was 91 here today. Thats like 60 to you lol
@@FarmallFanatic LOL yeah man, 91!!! thats hot anywhere HAHA!!
Hello..Absolutely you did a great job. Have a blessed one
Got me digging those Farmall's!
Man i love that sound.
That disc was doing an awesome job. Be careful pulling it to fast. They tend to ridge in the middle. Leaving you a wavy field. Thanks for the Great video. I remember the open cab years. Most of the time they were better than the cabbed tractors.
Cabs are nice in the winter, but these tractors sit all winter
I missed the live was getting onion sets, cucumber and tomato plants. Deer good stuff. Much love God Bless. Nice looking dirt too
Nice size field! The Farmall handled it well! Have a good weekend!
These two are a bad combo 👌. I saw you pulling the 3 bottom n thought “
Be wicked in the discs “ those discs take a bite when you drop her . man worked up nice.
Yea that 756 eats those disc's lunch...decent match for sure!
Great to see your being a good steward of the land. Post some of your hunts as well.
Definitely will!
Definitely a much easier method than the earlier 1800’s horse and ploughing. Great watching. 👍🏼🙏
Thank you, Farmall. I would have enjoyed this video more. I have a few people talk about transplanting beans in my comment section that sound nuts. They say I 'm fantsizing about beans. See evil comment. I know these people . My self, I think they are nuts. That hurt my heart after the hard work you do. Again, Thank you for the share. Please have a nice day. from Uncle Al.
‘‘Tis the season! I finally got some seeds in the ground this week 😮
Great video buddy i love them tractors they are awesome really love the channel keep up the great work i hit that like button with a hammer for you!!!👍👍👊👊🔥🔥
So cool watching that Farmall working! It's also nice to see how hunting and farming and all work together. :) Great footage at the end of you going!

Thank you!
Fantastic video!!!
Good show!
Great job well done thanks for sharing cheers 👍👍🇬🇧
Awesome video very interesting thanks for sharing 😊 💕👍 👍
Nice, love the up in the tree angles.
Hi, Farmall, I came over from Pusa Studios to show some love and watch videos. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah you got to keep those deer happy.
80 yr old farming equipment running great
Hello farmall fanatic a lot of times we would drop one gear disking & put the roller behind to bust up lumps if needed. Sometimes drag twice then plant, depending on ground.
I disk twice, roll once and its perfect
Love seeing old Farmall's getting it done. We always ran the disc at an angle (20 or 30 degrees?) to the previous years rows. It seemed to smooth the field out and bust things up a little better. It also makes your planter/drill passes more distinct when you are putting down seed. When running any implement, it's a little easier on the clutch if you don't drop your implement into the ground until your tractor is moving.
I go at angles or make sure im working the field in a different direction every year. I agree.
I disc one way then a second time at 90 degrees.
I liked the different camera angles. Kudos to the camera man up in the trees at the end.
Really nice thank you so much for sharing god bless
U get that planting done! U need your Friday open lol. Ohh I didn't know u have to grease the disks I wondered but good to know! Happy planting my friend...that baby purrs love the sound of the tractor
Interesting! I have never heard of disking until now!
When I saw the title, I kind thought you were going to be playing disc golf lol. You have the space for it lol. It’s always interesting to see how much work goes into farming. Hope you are doing well
Great video thanks brother. Really looks good disced up. Keep up the great work see you in the next video thanks again brother
great video !!
Awesome buddy looks great. Don't know an awful lot about this but learning more watching your videos 💙 great ending effects 👍
So you have to hook it up and that will plow everything evenly .. so to work properly it's like greasing the boots on a car..i see your crops are spectacular great video @farmal boom ,💥💥💥💥💖
Exactly! BOOM
Super awesome friend great video sledgehammered that like button and sharing to our UA-cam fam playlist
Like number 68 my friend 👍
Thank you! Hope you enjoyed!
Now thats a real strait pipe.
Haha 👍
Wow amazing looks so cool bro watched and liked great job bro on the videos the live stream I just want to take the time to say congratulations on all the hard work and nice to see you driving the 🚜💯🔥🇺🇸Happy Memorial Day
Thank you!
..... I SAiD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW...WAS YOUR... HEARING... WITH... NO MUFFLER... ON THE INTERNATIONAL?? lol loved it and so right about overhangs, keep up the great work
You mean keep getting lucky? Haha
Haha if its too loud, you're too old! 🤣
I buy WD-40 at Rural King for $18 a gallon. Small squeeze bottles for drops with an epoxied "straw", retired perfume sprayers from yard sales, empty Windex spray bottles and even one gallon hand pump garden sprayers for large jobs. If you want to protect outside metal, be it a plow or underside of a vehicle a 50/50 of old automatic transmission fluid and diesel works. Great on wood trailers too. Not new ideas but worth repeating. We always "oiled" our fertilizer hoppers.
Absolutely!
I could ride on that all day
I do Haha
I new why you took muffler off. Was not expecting the buck scraps for the reason. I like that!!
Haha caught you off guard
That cut up nicely
Yea this is really good dirt
Ole girl sounds good 🚜
Best running M ive ever driven
@@FarmallFanatic I had a ole M Farmall,, same wide front as yours, I plowed the valley inn parking lot with for years, also it pulled out firewood and logs, wish I would have kept it 🚜
@@donplautz9788 At the time yourself something like that you just don't know
hello, my dear friend... thanks for sharing your nice upload! li ke one one three! a big embrace! luke
Taking care of business, this IH tractor van do it all.
That ground seemed to be working over nicely!!
I am so messed up with the pain from my root canal when I first read the title of your vid I thought it said Dancing with International 370 Discs and thought you had started a new farming trend! LOL Thumbs up anyway. HAHHAA
It would go viral, that's for sure lol
I love your intro! Good video
Looks good
Love the different camera angles!!! U had a camera man woot woot
I used to disc my 13' 10" 370 every 20 acres. Then I went and got sealed cobalt bearings. I am putting them on everything that I can.
How long you think they'll last
@@FarmallFanatic Apparently, according to my friends for 10 years +. Some are using sealed industrial ceramic bearings. It depends on the size of your farm.
That is a lot of land #boogietyme
Farming deer, I like it!!!
Field is looking real good that thing is so loud! #WorldsOkayestFarmer
That is a super sweet soundin engine 🤔💪💪💪
2nd pass really turns it. Cool vid bud!!
Like a warm case knife through butter ... 👍🏼😁💯
Hope you have a great memorial day. .be safe..
Dedicated to hunting bucks...I like it!
Nice video
that tractor and equipment serves you well mate
*😀🔍fully viewed✅ supporting one another🔎🎭✅ it got our like 👍🇦🇺👍😀*
Hello brother here watching more of your great content and the ads💥
Very good reasoning a lot of people would not have done that. But some people dont know how good deer is
Very late but just finished planting. About $500 in it. Deer cost me $5 per pound already and it's only June.
Couple yrs ago a bear cost me $30 a pound and they are not good eats. Sometimes I question my sanity.
Thanx Farmall 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼♥️
Great video.
That disk looks like it did a pretty good job.
we had a disc like that..has 400 acres of crop each yr...beans and lot of corn
Nice
I bet there are people who don't grease after every use. Lol good thinking about leaving those overhangs, to draw the deer back in, I didn't know that. @Farmall Fanatic
I hope you had some ear protection lol . I bet the old 756 was screaming with out the muffler .
That 756 sounds mean good job sir
love watching
Happy Memorial Day!
Well i know know what discing is ....great video ...the deer on ur wall did u shoot it where the over hang is as well?? ... U deserve a million viewers ....
I sure did
I used to use a IH 370 10ft disc on my long a go
On your A?
5:13 learning new stuff everytime! Archery hunting seems like a lot of fun. I know Joe Rogan got hooked on it!
Just listen to that Red Power Bark!!
Wheels up, thumb up 👍 does the muffler do anything performance wise or just get the exhaust out of your face?
Take 1 or 2 hp away with muffler
That's some heavy machinery you have there!
Perkins 💥 💣 💥
Getting it done!!
Does that tractor have stainless steel exhaust valves?
If it doesn't in time you'll burn the exhaust valves without th e muffler.
No it dont. I just take the muffler off for these passes.
Yes sir.....nice..
Bonito lugar
Most of the farmers are way over due for planting bc of to much rain this could be bad year for Missouri farmers drove by some today some fields flooded
Wisconsin wet too. Just got my fields done.
Looks like it was working up real nice. Hope you got it planted before the rain, we just got the edge of it.
Don't know how you do it without GPS. Lol
Lol
Those old discs really cut good for being as light as they are. Who was filming you from the tree Stand?????
