I turn 50 this year and like you, Mike has changed the way I train. I've trained for 30 years now, and the development I'm seeing in the last 6 months (at 49 yrs old) is amazing.

I’ve always had a easy time getting back engagement, I have been training for a few years and always struggled with chest activation, you showed me what NO ONE has. I know this is a back video but fuck it I just had to say thank you, within weeks I’ve noticed a change in my chest.

With regards to Mike. I want to recommend to you and everyone to do flat bench Y dumbell raises.
Does wonders to lower traps, helps strengthen your mid back and even rear delts. Make sure you are on a flat bench, the higher the angle the less it hits lower traps, an area already hard to get.
-Improved posture
-better deadlifts
-better bench presses
-better overhead presses
-better neck posture
a very overlooked area and exercise.
