Your not changing your PC location, your PC still has the same IP, your connecting to a remote system as a terminal and then that system completes the connection. Your PC MAC address is still buried in the transaction so the data can be returned to your PC, therefore it can still be tracked back to your computer. Just puts a few hoops into it. And your committing fraud!
