Just has a driveshaft break on the front driver's side of my 2005 civic. This video is a Godsend. Thank you !!
Really appreciate the video! Gonna give this a go myself, though the biggest job I've done on my car so far is an alternator lol. I'm predicting I'll get about halfway through before I realise how far out of my league I am and send it to the garage.

Hi Thanks for thé vedio, I am having the same issue today in my car Honda stream 2001. But the shaft Break happened exactly at that piece of rubber in the middle. But I realised you have bought a new shaft without this rubber .
I am currently looking to buy a new left side shaft can you let me know if other Honda may fit like civic or accord.

Is the new shaft not missing a harmonic balancer in the middle. If I understand it right?
How long does this job take dealer told me 4 hours and I dropped it off at 815 and was told it was ready at 1030
Was wondering if thats a drive shaft for 2005 honda accored to as well
