- Here’s a EXO Kai inspired 10 Min 11 Line Abs Workout! I saw him doing some ab exercises at the gym, so I combined/modified them and turned them into a full workout so you guys can exercise like a KPOP Idol at home! Will there be another Kpop idol workout challenge? Cuz I love it when there’s a structured plan and it’s already set what workout should be done each day. I’ve been alternating between the first and second workout challenge for some time now and not that it necessarily gets boring, I just want a third plan to add to the mix. Love your workouts so much.
