omg! how in the world can anyone assemble this without know what goes where? No audio and is going so fast, don't know what size of anything he is putting on what? good grief - is there a video somewhere to assemble with audio and English?

Hi, I have just about finished assembling the 3000mw 65cm x 50cm Engraver but I have a huge amount of play on the top axis, there is about 1 cm play (forward/backwards) at the bottom of the laser assembly, the whole unit can be moved up about 2.5mm before the lower wheels engage on the aluminium frame. There is no play at all on the lower section, it runs smoothly. Any ideas on what I've done wrong????
Can this laser machine print nice quality images of people. I try to setting but I cant make the laser to cut in variety intensity from 1 - 255 It always burn too much.. and pictures comes up too dark and burned...
I screwed up and bought this trash as well, trying to return. 2 wires to the laser power supply? NO there should be 3!!! 2 to the module, 2 to the fan, but 3 to the supply. Laser is not capable of turning on and off fast enough. Junk! Everyone complaining of extremely loose rollers as well.

couldnt find any software to write on arduino board, what if it break or fry??
