So sad for those people who were lost in the landslide🙏 . It's great to support the relatives by travelling through the country. So you can do both enjoy yourselves and promote the different places to stay which raises money. Win - win💚 keep it up
I’m glad you are enjoying the Nepal vlogs, langtang is a very special place, beautiful yet heart breaking. We heard many moving stories from people here
Something else. I'm lazily lying in my bed having a coffee along with you guys.... Could Almost feel the clouds rushing up in front of me .... What a journey you're having... Love it.
On top of the world , among misty clouds. Listen to Isabell reasoning visiting the village to support the people at their loss. What a kind soul. She never cease to amaze me. Listen to thomas asking the natives friendly tactful questions. Now, you tell me, why i like the brits so much.
Thank you for taking us along your trip here. This brought back some memories for my wife and I and was also quite emotional. We did a 7 day walk up langtang valley to a 4900m mountain at the end (can’t remember the name) 2 weeks before the earthquake :( I remember seeing the bbc fly in to the valley by helicopter on the news when we got home, absolutely heartbreaking thinking of all the lovely, kind people we met. The mountains at the end of the valley are incredible and it is so good to see that things are finally being rebuilt. Enjoy the rest of your trip through Nepal, that country has a kind of magic about it 😊
I love it that you are so happy it's infectious and makes me feel as if I'm with you. You are doing so well. It's lovely that you are following family trail and that you are so respectful to the people.
Another stunning yet somewhat humbling video. That earthquake claimed so many lives, villages and livelihoods so thank you for showing us how the people are trying to put their villages and lives back together.
Thanks for showing Langtang village,it is nice to see the people have built new homes and guesthouses after the tragedy in 2015..I'm sure they were happy to see you guys roll up and gobble down loads of Delicious Dhal bhat🙂👍
the whole trip has been amazing thus far. getting an incredible insight into the country and the people. thanks for sharing and well wishes for the remainder of the trip.
wow absolutely amazing view's guy's I just saw the sun hitting the mountain there it looks great . thank you again for sharing this video with us all . ❤
April 30, 2023: Oh the song playing while you were crossing the bridge is beautiful. Hopefully, it is in your information on who sings it. Just beautiful and with your hiking through the valley. Isabele, you are very strong through so many demanding trails to the Step mountains. The great accomplishment also is that Tom tells you about the long bridges over the waters. Surprisingly the tea is not in the pack to enjoy also. I just can not imagine the different flavors. How splendid to stay with the siblings at different stops. As always so appreciate the history. What an eery feeling it must have been to walk across where the avalanche buried so many. May they rest in peace.
Just a quick suggestion if you want to hike to a more heavenly picturesque place, try Rara lake. It's the largest lake of the country with tall snow-filled peaks right beside it. Take a flight from KTM to Surkhet, Karnali Province and take a bus to Chandannath and go on a hike to the lake. You won't regret it. I can guarantee your best moments in Asia.
Thank you very much Guys for taking me in the hills, mountain and valleys with you. Love your videos. Enjoy the travelling and stay safe. Love you guys
Hi, another amazing trek, so heartwarming to see you both so happy and enjoying the experience of being with the extended families. I am in awe of all the steps that have been built along the treks, a constant reminder of how the people of Nepal have travelled for generations, no wonder the Pringles were expensive!!! Loving your vlogs, thank you for sharing. xx
I just saw your vlogs today and I am watching all of your vlogs.. and I ended up watching all yours videos and I wanted to watch more! Guess what I got another when I hit my refresh button.. so excited 🙀

Bear Grylls famous British adventurer is in Nepal, Khumbo region with his whole family and close friends doing Everest basecamp trek. he also visited Boudhanath stupa in Kathmandu
Everybody is Highly recommended to watch Netflix Documentry released last week " Aftershock: Everest and the Nepal Earthquake " , it will help u ppl relate what had really happened in LANGTANG region and other places . Ps. Did u guys feel yesterday's EARTHQUAKE here at 3pm??😋
The hospitality in my country is the best.😌💜Nepal Even though people from those Himalayan rural areas are not much literate ,however they try their best to make you understand what they are saying....
Doing it right kids: Early starts and no more than 500m ascent per day. gives you time for little excursions higher so you can descend & sleep more easily. Keep well hydrated too.
My friend Dan was in that 2015 earthquake and was missing for 7 days with 2 friends. Thankfully he was safe although he did see some terrible loss of life on his way out of there.
Wow, I can only imagine. That must have been such a harrowing experience. Everyone is friendly and kind here, it breaks my heart to imagine a village being completely wiped off the map. Im glad your friend was okay
It was a very moving experience. We spoke to a lot of people who had lost loved ones, such a tragic event, i hope there are no more earthquakes here for a long time
Guys, do you know what kind of distances you have walked so far ? looks like great exercise and you seem to be covering some ground. I wonder might it be interesting for you to log your hikes in something like Strava. You could then maybe include a snapshot of your days walk in your video. Just an idea..... The scenery looks amazing.
WOW loving the scenery, once again what a beautiful country, very humbling environment, these VLOGs are amazing and once again informative, well narrated and very well edited 🙂 Couple of questions: do you regularly fill your water bottles from the rivers or streams and have you not found any edible mushrooms yet 🍄
Couple of answers for you: I wouldn’t risk eating any mushrooms here they might all be a bit different to back home. We do get given some foraged mushrooms in the next episode and they are super tasty. Water wise no water in Nepal should be drank by tourists without treating apparently, we have lifestraws, and they are amazing, they filter the water as you drink and we have never had a problem. We nearly always fill up from taps, but honestly I think in the mountains the tap water just comes from the river any way
What changes/advice do you guys have, that Nepal needs to adapt in order to improve and grow the tourism industry/hospitality sector? If you guys have any suggestions please feel free to share it.
Unfortunately drones are not aloud in the Himalayas. We have left our drone in Kathmandu. You pass military check points where your drone will be confiscated till you leave the national park when entering
Personally I think it's good that drones aren't allowed. The place would be buzzing with them and you can still appreciate the scenery there from the ground (going by these videos).
Sorry, just woke up and saw this as an "unfortunate" hike, instead of unforgettable. My bad. Recognised the mistake only after half of the video. 🤣😂🤣🤣😂🤣🤣 You guys are good content creators, love you from🇮🇳

1:30 It's so reminiscent of the grandest English gardens. Though, of course, it's the reverse & no accidental coincidence.
This is another amazing video of your travels. Fascinating locations and superb filming, as usual. Thank you and stay safe you two.
wow absolutely amazing view's guy's I just saw the sun hitting the mountain there it looks great . thank you again for sharing this video with us all . ❤
I watched the Netflix doc on the Earthquake, and it's both sobering to see the place, but also nice to see the place getting back on it's feet.

Couple of questions: do you regularly fill your water bottles from the rivers or streams and have you not found any edible mushrooms yet 🍄

@@LostInTransit have a few straws me self, they are a god send :-) looking forward to the next VLOG :-) until then have a great wander 🙂
You probably could drink a lot of that fast running water, but it's not worth the risk when you've also got the altitude to contend with.
Which month did you do this trek?

Were you washing cloths with your hands in socks? That's kinda genius. Efficient.
I never really know how I feel when UA-camrs use the devastation of a tragedy where people have lost everything, just to gain popularity.
Is that what we have done?
In yesterday's video‚ you felt hot because of global warming. It isn't used to be hot in mountain region that is happening now.
This is very sad and worrying. With the floods in the longer monsoon season as well I hope things will not be too hard for the people of Nepal.
