That is an understatement my friend. It has yet to be fully discovered. The people are lovely too. Been around the world and, but no place sticks with me like Nepal. There is no country like it! 🙏❤🙏🇳🇵 🇳🇵 🇳🇵 🇳🇵 🇳🇵
On behalf of Nepalese people and trek addicts, I would like to Heartly thank u ppl for trekking the less known “TAMANG HERITAGE TRAIL” and capturing it ❤, and I request all reading this to come to NEPAL for trekking, we have at least 16 well managed TREKS🏔🗻. Taking JEEP ride and GUIDE can make ur whole trekking experience more smooth and easy and also it well help the local communities that have suffered badly from Eq and Covid. ‘Bear Grylls’ is also now in Everest region with his family, hope u ppl will meet the legend Adventurer. And You don’t need any permit to go to MUSTANG(heaven) region, $500 permit is only for the UPPER MUSTANG.
Really impressed with your trekking. I lived and worked and walked in Nepal 30 years ago and know what you are facing. But you deserve loads of credit for being so adventurous. When you are eating ' mitto' means delicious, 'pugyo' means enough and ' danyebad' means thank you. Well done!!
22000 steps in one day, on oxygen deprivation altitude. Quite impressive. Forgot to mention the heat. I like Thomas's observations, and Isabell's wild outgoing zeal. Thank you for sharing.
I put the video on while I was eating, and I paused for a bit a couple of times just to admire the view (like 11:20 - incredible). I thought it was a great joke to put the "lost in transit" ending screen in the middle of the video because there was no way it'd been 10 minutes yet. But it had been 15 minutes and the video was in fact ending. It's so entertaining, the time just flies by. I don't want to make any assumptions (I'm going to anyway), but I don't think you realise how great these videos are. I genuinely appreciate them, thank you. You're lovely people.
the people are so friendly in Nepal 🇳🇵 , what a great adventure guy's . Jesus the view's are unbelievable what an amazing place I'm thinking that you would have to be super fit . 😀 I think that you would need to cover your head in that heat . ☺️
Tom and Iz, you are now an unofficial Nepali because of the size of that refill. Dall Bhaat is a dish that always comes with that feature (unlimited refill in all of the elements of the dish, except meat) and tourists rarely make make use of this. Nepali people believe that people should be fed until their stomachs and hearts are full. So, it would be great if you could highlight this feature in your next video as well, both as information to tourists and to highlight Nepali hospitality.
You do very well chatting for the vlog information & doing a steep climb, yes the scenery looks amazing. You are both so lovely, not a bit of wonder the people you meet are nice to you. The food you were eating looked lovely I have never seen cucumber that size before! You would have burnt off any calories with the hard trek & heat...Love Rosemary in Belfast.
Guys thank you so much for your hard work you’re multitasking beautifully you’re showing the world your adventure and we really appreciate you I really hope that in years to come you can look back on this adventure and it will bring back all the fabulous memories and feelings that you’re feeling right now really glad that we came across your UA-cam channel and we wish you every success and cannot wait to find out when your next adventure of happens safe travels From Sam and Jane in your native Cornwall
What an amazing 4 day trek, the country, the mountains and the people and their food. You are having the best experience 🌟🌟. Take care, buy a hat??? Looking forward to the next experience, thanks for sharing xx
@@leo-de9ps Yes that's true. I went to Tibet twice and it was very strange that temperatures rose so quickly. We'd go out with heavy overcoats due to freezing temps in the morning (in July - in the Shigatse area, for example) and then be wearing our coats around the waist all day because of the heat at midday. But this summer in France when we had the eight heat-waves....I couldn't wear black clothing. It'd turn me into a sun's target immediately. Haven't you noticed that too?
@@ObamasTheBeast yeah that and also that around this time of the year the temperature difference throughout the day is massive in this part of the world. it could go from 25 degrees to 15 degrees in 2 hours
Wow, what a adventure, fantastic landscape and people. Those scarves came in so handy. Delighted to conquered that part of the trail. Well done you two. 👏
How hospitable! …the peeps… Beautiful people and good food The views are amazing… Hope you guy’s have plenty of protein supplement… You’re really putting in the footwork. Just stunning xo
Loved watching your video of the trek. I'm doing Langtang and Tamang Trek in March and hopefully not as hot as when you did it. Its been my no. 1 bucket list trip for several years and decided if I don't do it next year, I never will. I'm a lot older than you two so need to do it while I still can (I hope). Wish me luck !
You little adventurers you! 🥾 loved the little Dzho (as I’ve just learnt they’re called in the comments)! Eating spicy chillis on a hike = brave!! Xxxx
Absolutely loving your videos, Ireland, Norway and this one now are simply the best. Love the fact you show it warts and all! Keep up the good work and don't be discouraged by the trolls, the online ones that is 😉😂
You’ve done such an awesome hike. Really beautiful area but Inam so impressed how vast of an area you’ve covered. Be careful with the strong sun at high altitude. It really gets to you. Thanks forca great episode!
A really interesting series this, thank you. My heart sank a little when you said you were taking time from Van life, but I’m really enjoying this journey with you.
That was some hike i felt bad for ye in that heat but as always you made it. I love the tea places along the way. Ye both are so fit and Tis exciting watching ye explore all the lovely places
Running the trail? We used to stay in a hotel in the Austrian Alps near Mayrhofen. The husband of the couple that owned the hotel was a mountain climber who would climb in the Andes and Himalayas. One fitness exercise he would perform was running up and down a 3000m mountain (Ahorn Spitze) from the valley floor.
Wonderful..and go think I was moaning to my wife about hard going on the Fife Coastal path on Sunday lol!! Well done, you two. Izzy, you have a very distinctive and determined gait when you are out walking ha ha!! Take care!
Tom get rid of the black clothing that's like an oven and traps the heat. Get some local white clothing. Anything that's not black. It's a magnet for the sun. Good luck. I'm a Tibetan language scholar from university. You heading to Mustang from Tatopani?
Guys, do you think the exceptional temperature is normal or indicative of climate change? Comparing it to Toubkal is a surprise. Great episode as always, very inspiring and highlighting authentic trail walking in Nepal.
I’m really not sure, (spoiler alert) we get a lot of rain in a couple of days time and it is the rain that the locals consider most unseasonal. Apparently the monsoon has got later and later.
Please give us more mountain views, maybe get a drone and give us views from above the hills.Would also like to see the local waterfalls, you passed by one a mile or two away without visiting and feel we missed out. Please don't just walk on by without showing us everything we don't see back home.Thank you.
The school kids are great aren't they... In your mind you're some latter day Edmund Hillary, then a gaggle of them come gambolling in to view in their uniforms looking exactly the ones from a suburb in the Home Counties.
Yeah exactly, I’m this amazing adventurer on a huge expedition and then a school kid comes skipping past whistling with the wind in their hair looking all fresh faced and happy. Haha
You should never run in these kind of hills. Yes you get energise but it's burst type of energy. Walk steadily and progress slowly. Altitude was not that much so you didn't get sick but if it was definitely you would have been. Always know the altitude and how to hike! I myself have suffered while trekking in high Himalaya even though i am from this country.
Beer is not the juicy carrot you may be hoping for. Pretty much everywhere sells it but it’s £5 for a room temp can of tubourg. So we are sticking to black tea while in the hills
our country is so beautful
Yes it is my dad

Thank you! Or should i say danyebad.
We have been picking up some tamang and recently some Sherpa but our nepali is lacking a bit
Isabel says “I will never use pugyo but thank you for telling us” haha
Enjoyed this. Love the local hospitality. You should have hats on. Save you from the sun and heatstroke.
It’s so nice that you two making us part of your journey. Thanks Tom and Iz
She’s such a energetic girl..she walks so fast on that kind of paths..enjoy ur stay in NEPAL 🇳🇵
The scenery looks incredible, almost unreal.
It’s absolutely amazing, and it just keeps getting more amazing
idk why lad, but i slow started getting addicted to your vlogs
That hike looked very challenging and full of ups and downs. All the locals you met were so friendly! Lovely video!
You both looked so happy - and loved it when Issy hugged Tom. Thank you :-)

That looked intense in that heat. Well done guys, a great effort. Thanks for the toilet tip at the end Iz. Very reassuring! 😅
I absolutely love this hike!!! Thank you for sharing it. I'm gonna bring the kids on it when they turn 12.
Really loving these vlogs Tom and Iz, have been watching since the Ireland vlogs. Nepal looks beautiful!
Wow you have both hiked so far well done!

Hello Sam and Jane, hope you’re looking after kernow in our absence. Thanks for joining us for the adventure!
What an amazing 4 day trek, the country, the mountains and the people and their food. You are having the best experience 🌟🌟. Take care, buy a hat??? Looking forward to the next experience, thanks for sharing xx
I had a hat but no idea where it got off to, hopefully it has a new owner. But yes a new cap is on the shopping list
The people seem to be so genuinely friendly. You are still bonkers by the way !
Well come to Tamang heritage trail rasuwa langtang nepal🙏🙏🙏
Thanks you 😌😌for 🙏 🙏❤️ visiting Nepal
Such decent hosts looking out for you.
What an achievement! The Tamang heritage trail is amazing - impressive altitude too, glad you coped with the heat. Stay safe ⛰☀💯 ☘
Tom's wearing black. That's no good. Even in Europe we need to avoid black in summertime. White's the only way to avoid the sun's heat.
its the climbing that makes it hot because it doesnt rly get over 25 that high up even in peak summer

What a view, incredible.
Stay tuned, they just keep getting crazier
Brilliant! LOved Tom's explanation of the walk being " Very Up!"😄..also the head wear was very entertaining!!

Great couples❤️❤️ have a nice journey guys!!
Well done you two, beautiful scenery and great locals..... have you tried using walking poles?
Guys could you please make little bit longer videos🙏 I’m enjoying a lot by watching it👍
Lots of love ❤
We have a couple of 20 min videos coming up
Wow, what a adventure, fantastic landscape and people. Those scarves came in so handy. Delighted to conquered that part of the trail. Well done you two. 👏
Another amazing video! Your gift from homestay host came in very handy.
It really did, I think without it we would surely have had heat stroke
How hospitable! …the peeps…
Beautiful people and good food
The views are amazing…
Hope you guy’s have plenty of protein supplement…
You’re really putting in the footwork.
Just stunning xo
Ugh.. You guys are really inspiring me to book flights to somewhere and go for a good long trekk!😭

Good luck, you will love it I’m sure, what an amazing trek! It really deserves that bucket list spot.
You little adventurers you! 🥾 loved the little Dzho (as I’ve just learnt they’re called in the comments)! Eating spicy chillis on a hike = brave!! Xxxx

Visit pokhara lakes and caves when you return. Love from nepal..🇳🇵
Wonderful..and go think I was moaning to my wife about hard going on the Fife Coastal path on Sunday lol!! Well done, you two. Izzy, you have a very distinctive and determined gait when you are out walking ha ha!! Take care!
Keep going
You guys are amazing, how many trek did you did in one go...
Tim Tense brought me here !
Time to meet Tim tense in langtang. Following UA-camr. Have a wonderful trekking
He will make an appearance I think the episode after next
its the uphill climbing that makes it feel hotter than it is u shouldnt wear black until it starts getting colder
I made the decision to shift my backpacking wardrobe to black clothes to hide the dirt. Kinda regretting that decision in the heat
Tom get rid of the black clothing that's like an oven and traps the heat. Get some local white clothing. Anything that's not black. It's a magnet for the sun. Good luck. I'm a Tibetan language scholar from university. You heading to Mustang from Tatopani?

exactly
the ending section was so funny...
Watching your vlog from Wattisham Ipswich😁 hope you are having a good time in Nepal
Wish I was as fit as you 2. You should have weighed your self's before and after you hike. Love you both.stay safe
It’s incredibly beautiful 😍
I already saw you in tim tense video 😂😆 you are already there chilling
Epic!
Brilliant!
There's me thinking you'd be in layers of thermals and fleeces too! Looks amazing guys!
Us as well. We get to higher altitudes in the next few days and the big puffer coats get some use
Where is Tim tense? I saw you guys in his Vlog btw I had lunch in same hotel on my 2 years trek , keep posting 👍
Haha, he snuck off before we could get our camera out. We meet him again at the Hard Rock Cafe though so he will make it into that vlog
Really like Tom's sunglasses they suit him 😎
Thank you moo moo, they were a birthday present from Isabel. She has some good taste
Please give us more mountain views, maybe get a drone and give us views from above the hills.Would also like to see the local waterfalls, you passed by one a mile or two away without visiting and feel we missed out. Please don't just walk on by without showing us everything we don't see back home.Thank you.
You can't use a drone in the Himalayas, and they are also enjoying their experience as well!
Strap in because the next couple episodes have mountain views like you wouldn’t believe!
Oh and like Tam says, unfortunately no drones allowed here
Nice video guys
white khada was so much helpful for her.

We did meet him, but we see him again in a couple of days and he will make it into the vlog then
Phew!
😍😍😍
😀
