I really love you designs, hindi boring at premium ang dating.
Ito lang yung House and Lot na Pinakanagustuhan ko sa lahat-lahat ng Review dito sa UA-cam. I like it so much because it represent modern and sophisticated. Pupurihin ko sa loob ng puso ko ang lahat ng gumawa dito dahil alam kong pinagisipan, pinaglaanan, pinagpaguran at pinaka mura ang price. It gives the service of a truly Architecture.
I love it. ❤ Kung ako ang merong 8 Million Pesos then hindi kona ito pagiisipan. Bibilhin kona agad ito at hindi lugi kase binigay yung correct hardwork for the price.
The house and lot was not only for Bachelor because the design was intend to stand the test of time because the house speak for themselves.
Salute to the all maker of this house. It speak louder than explaining.❤❤

The smartest part of this house is that the microwave is at below waist level. Safety first, smart idea 👍🏾
Stairs preceeding directly to Sala is an old fashioned and typical design. Hinde na uso yan, normally once you wake up in the morning going down the stairs you go directly to the kitchen to prepare and not stay in the Sala. I'd rather have my stairs kept hidden for privacy. Anyhow nice design, I love industrial set up.

question: Is it safe to put frameless glass panel on the staircase, without any level rail? The floor on the second level is glossy marble, which makes it slippery when wet. Delikado kapag may nadulas and tumama sa frameless glass handrail

For $8-10 million, parang OK na siya for 120 sqm lot with 170sqm floor. Parang bargain pa yata.
Kailangan mong bumili ng Cabinets in the first bedroom. Kasi may maliit pero sa loob ng toilet/showers.
Ok ang Master bedroom. I like the walk in closet.

Yung 8-10m na pricing, is that for a fully furnished house and lot? Or the lot is not included?
Maganda ang design, except sa black ang kulay sa labas. Sa tindi ng init sa Pilipinas, lighter dapat ang house color sa labas para I deflect nya ang sinag ng init. The same is true, kapag sa kotse. Hindi kasing init sa loob ng puting kotse kumpara sa itim. Also, in terms of safety and esthetics, the stairs should have handrails. Ang tendency ng aakyat o bababa ng hagdan ay mag lean pa rin sa glass na walang handrail to balance themselves. Magiging fingerprint magnet yan kapag walang handrail.
Is it 120 sqm ( as stated @ the start of the video) or is it 100 sqm ( as stated in the quick recap)? I’m confused on the exact lot area. Which is which?

I like the deisgn but I prefer base on my own personal taste a more natural lively and colorful accents in and out of the house.
