I wish this *inappropriate and impractical very high ceiling fad in the Philippines will end soon. Architects and home builders should educate their client about balance of space. There is a perfect ratio of width and height to achieve the "grandeur" interior space. Kung ganito ka liit yung bahay mo, it is so impractical to have a very high ceiling. It is a total waste of space and resources. Economically not a good idea since you need to cool the entire space. Let say you fully rely on solar energy but you still need more maintenance on your AC units. As you can see, hindi mo mapapansin na mataas yung kisame mo unless tumingala ka or naka pwesto ka sa hallway ng second floor.

If somebody comes in while somebody else is watching the teli in the living area… ? why does it seem like a comfortable (and common) layout?? Just asking.

Pupurihin ko sa loob ng puso ko ang lahat ng gumawa dito dahil alam kong pinagisipan, pinaglaanan, pinagpaguran at pinaka mura ang price. It gives the service of a truly Architecture. I love it. ❤ Kung ako ang merong 8 Million Pesos then hindi kona ito pagiisipan. Bibilhin kona agad ito at hindi lugi kase binigay yung correct hardwork for the price. The house and lot was not only for Bachelor because the design was intend to stand the test of time because the house speak for themselves. Salute to the all maker of this house.
