That trashed restroom was a built in money maker. Amie you should have collected from the two lurking about the one at the marina. 😎 cool ruins that tree was huge how many Mayan sites do think you’ve seen while down in Central America?
    Thanks Russ

haha. If memory serves, we've been to 6 Mayan archeological sites. Copan, Teotihuacan, and Tical were the popular ones that we went to, but the smaller, often empty ones are cool in their own way too.

SPS is not that bad, at least during the day. Streets are pretty much deserted after dark... but in reality you did not miss much.. it's just a place where people work.. pretty industrious town. .. still.. Puerto Cortez was a good place to go and skip to Guatemala afterwards.

We generally try to avoid cities anyway, but thanks for the input from someone who knows. We have a good number of viewers currently planning trips and this kind of comment can really help them👍

Smart travels in Honduras. I have been lucky enough to go to Copan twice, and loved it every time. Did you get to go to the underground parts where they had covered the old temple with a new one? The old one still has its colors and is remarkably well preserved as the Ruler it was built to honor was greatly revered. Neat place and neat video. Thanks!

Yep... COpan has one of the best "thermal baths" in the Americas

Dang. It sounds like we missed out. We didn't realize that was an option. Sounds pretty awesome though.

He lived to the ripe old age of 16 and had quite a few adventures along the way. I accept that you disagree with how I treated Jags but I think he had a pretty good life with us.
