    इसको बार बार पढो और समझो। नहीं समझ आये तो बताओ:
    डर के मनोविज्ञान को समझने का प्रयास कीजिये। डर एक इमोशन है जो दिमाग पर हावी होने लगता है। डर भी दो तरह का एक असली एक नकली। शेर सामने पड़ जाए तो सच मे जान का खतरा डर असली। शेर सामने पड़ सकता है जबकि आसपास है नहीं, केवल कल्पना मात्र से डर जाना नकली। ओसीडी में नकली डर को सही साबित करने की प्रव्रत्ति होती है। नकली डर से डरकर उससे बचाव के रास्ते ढूंढते रहने से डर बढ़ता है जिसे मनोविज्ञान में नेगेटिव रेंफोर्समेंट बोलते हैं। जिसमे नकली डर से बचाव करने पर जो तस्सली मिलती है वो माइंड में गलत मैसेज फीड करने लगती है, की खतरा था टल गया, जबकि कोई खतरा था ही नहीं। इसीलिए कहते हैं डर के आगे जीत है। डर से भागने पर जीत नहीं। चूंकि ओसीडी में डर इतनी तेज हावी होता है कि बचाव का रास्ता ही सूझता है। नियमित दवा सेवन से डर काबू करने में मदद मिलती है। इसके साथ ही थोड़ा थोड़ा करके नेगेटिव रिइंफोर्समेंट कम करते रहना भी जरूरी है। आप डर को लेकर सच झूठ का फैसला करते रहते हो। यह जान लीजिए कि ओसीडी ठीक होने के बाद ही विश्वाश होगा कि डर पूरा नकली था।
    Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental disorder in which a person feels the need to perform certain routines repeatedly (called "compulsions"), or has certain thoughts repeatedly (called "obsessions"). The person is unable to control either the thoughts or activities for more than a short period of time. Common compulsions include hand washing, counting of things, and checking to see if a door is locked. Some may have difficulty throwing things out. These activities occur to such a degree that the person's daily life is negatively affected, often taking up more than an hour a day. Most adults realize that the behaviors do not make sense.The condition is associated with tics, anxiety disorder, and an increased risk of suicide.
    The cause is unknown. There appear to be some genetic components with both identical twins more often affected than both non-identical twins. Risk factors include a history of child abuse or other stress-inducing event. Some cases have been documented to occur following infections.The diagnosis is based on the symptoms and requires ruling out other drug related or medical causes.Other disorders with similar symptoms include anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, eating disorders, tic disorders, and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder.
    Treatment involves counseling, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and sometimes antidepressants such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or clomipramine.CBT for OCD involves increasing exposure to what causes the problems while not allowing the repetitive behavior to occur.While clomipramine appears to work as well as SSRIs, it has greater side effects so is typically reserved as a second line treatment. Without treatment, the condition often lasts decades.
    Obsessive-compulsive disorder affects about 2.3% of people at some point in their life. Rates during a given year are about 1.2%, and it occurs worldwide. It is unusual for symptoms to begin after the age of 35, and half of people develop problems before 20. Males and females are affected about equally.The phrase obsessive-compulsive is sometimes used in an informal manner unrelated to OCD to describe someone as being excessively meticulous, perfectionistic, absorbed, or otherwise fixated.

    Hare Krishna, Mai ye meditation 1 mahine se daily kar raha hu dono time half hour .. Thoughts ki frequency kafi kam ho gayi hai aur dar bhi kafi kam ho gaya hai.. Thanks to vishal ji for helping me

    Ocd can be brought to control. Believe in meditation and yoga. Ocd is all about fear of losing what you love, what you acquired etc. Be fearless. Don't even have fear of death.

    My sister also suffering (OCD) from recent four years. We have been trying to treat it through medicine that's prescribed by doctor.
    But we not able to get rid from this disorder.
    Now we want to treat it with meditation.

      Medicine and meditation can relax your sister, but she needs to change her believes about dangerous things that can happen to her. There is nothing wrong with her. Mind can create big fears. Fears bring in symptoms that in reality are body's reaction to protect you. Most people react to fear symptoms and fear grows. Make you sister touch her unwashed clothes for few min. Just hold her hand. Nothing will happen to her. She may think things will happen but they never happen.

    Guyz i m back here after 6 months of constant meditation.Alhamdullilah i m almost free from ocd and anxiety..The key is trust on Allah..And standing meditation...Keep doing standing meditation..Beleive me he is saying right.Its a miracle...Allah save me from evil eye ameen

    Hare Krishna 🙏 I have an ocd of washing hands frequently, rereading text, doing things even time, try to do new things on auspicious days only , Checking, worship of various deity. I want to cure it as soon as possible by following this video. Patients who are suffering from ocd I want to say them get well soon. 😇😊

      You are OK. What are you afraid of? You need to do things that make you happy. OCD is just a condition. Once you become busy, you may forget to check these things. If you just stay home and do nothing, this habbit will continue.. Check things 2 times. You have plenty of free time. Khallee dimag shaitan kaa ghar hota hai.. How many times did you leave gas on or door open last month. If none you don't need to check it more than 2 times.

      Maybe this is OCD, maybe it is NOT. Checking behavior can also be normal if you are an anxious person. I also like to have certain sensatipns many times so i watch the show many times.

    I have been suffering from Rumination since 7 Months.
    And a thought "Ayushi Topper" Came into my mind unwillingly though she is just my friend and there is no thing exist b/w us like a Topper but in one exam she secured more marks than me in Maths and My teacher by the way he is the world's best teacher but he always wanted me to see in the Top that's why he indirectly told Ayushi by asking her marks in the class that-chlo Sakshi(me) se toh accha laayi hai and that got stucked. And suddenly Ayushi Topper ka thought aaya and I keep on resisting it resisting it and it got registered. Otherwise It is not true at all. I secured 94.4℅ marks in my 10th Board being the school topper but never felt that happiness of being a Topper just because of that 1 thought. But now I have decided that I will definitely come out of this chahe jo ho jaaye jo chiz sach nhi h uski rehne ki bhi wajah nhi honi chahiye.

    It's does work guys IAM here to confirm after experiencing it myself and practicing, meditation ..works for OCD it did to me alhumdulilah
    Let me add to it that U don't need to to stand sitting is equally effective how ever ,standing might give u early results though, but sitting without leaning does the job too..
    Mild OCD requires meditation alone but extreme needs some lifestyle modifications as well eating balanced and home cooked food .. stop junk..❤ meditation sitting or standing dsnt matter make sure Ur doing it with right posture ❤

    Very good video. Watch it few times. OCD is thoughts and imagination game. Anxiety may be keeping this thing going. Sooner or later you have to STOP doing thiings that is cause of your OCD. Stopping sexual activity for 6 mo is not a good idea.
    Do things differently. If you do something 5 times, do it a different number of times every time.
    If you tell yourself let me see what happens if I don't wash my hands. You will notice nothing happened, you may even feel less stress.

    I am someone with ocd....when I was in class 12 i used to be tensed...and repetitive thought in my mind used to be "ha ha u will fail..." And a Little bit symptoms of religious ocd were there...but I scored 91 per cent in boards....i didn't treated my OCD that time cause symptoms were not very savere 😶but now I am preparing for something essential in career and drastically I am facing so many symptoms... I can't explain.... sometimes it feels like God will punish me😶...when I try to ignore the symptoms become worse it's creating a very huge obstacle in studies...

    Ocd obcession and compulsions have variety of activity whether at physical level or at mental level.why people generally consider hand wash repeatedly is only ocd.a variety of intrusive thoughts is also in ocd.unwanted and non logical thinking ho jata hai . some sufferer may experience contamination,negative thoughts,counting ocd,symmetry ocd,checking ocd,doubts ocd,physical movement of body parts,sexual thoughts.etc any activity that creates anxiety and compulsion is ocd.

    Thank you...yes I have OCD kuch log samjte hai aur kuch nai...o dnt want to attended any doc me naturally free hona chati hu...I am happy k I came across this vedio..aap khud is chiz se nikale hai wahi bhut badi baat hai...bhut sari chiz same hai jise counting..karna Bagwan k same pray karte waqt galatbaate thoughts aana....jise mujhe yeh oCD hua 2018 1st April the day I started feeling...symptoms shayad they 2016/17se baat collage me itna farak nai pada...n dyan nai gaya..but slowly slowly its started and 1st April 2018 after my 1st job 6months tak sirf normal tha use to clean my hands with cloth and wash in office only..but 6months aab jab office li location change hui tab us din mene herpic ki used bottle dhk li shayd touch bhi hogai thi yaad nai...us din se roz ghar aake nahane ki aadat pad gai....as mere bachpan ka bhut baad hath hai k hum jab bhi washroom wash kare naha pasta hai...bas wahi baat bethe gai hai dimag me...jaha bhi kati hu toilet toilet brush dhkte hai ....office/mall/frnds amd relatives I ghar...kahai bhi ja k aau aake ghar nahane ka maan karta hai office se roz aake me nahati hu gadi wash karvati hu.
    My OCD is related to Cleanliness and mainly washroom..Toilet seat..toilet ka ganda pani...i dnt allow anyone to wash the toilet and week me ek baar khud wash karti hu and on that day it takes me 2 hrs in shower....again n again I throw water at the toilet seat and on the toilet brush...wash my hairs for 6/7time which is affecting my hairs and hair fall is just normal....which is making me feel worst
    ..everyday whether it's raining winter or summer me office se aate hai shower leti hu...that too takes 1hr..washing my clothes in shower for min 2 times...washing all the bathroom staff...mug bucket taps bottle even I wipe the switches and for look....last year I have even washed my mobile and lost my mobile....but thankful I dnt wash it and just wipe and sanitize it roz abhi Scottywash karvati hu....i wipe my table chair and all the staff at office...and mostly I tell them dnt touch me....covid I baad it's easy to tell people not to touch me...I avoid frnd and family...Road me walk kare waqt gandi potty ya kuch na lag jaye...monkey aaye hai tu ganda na kar de...aur agar yeh sab hota bhi hai tu me khud saaf nai kar pati..logo ok bolti hu ki tum clean kar do as they dnt affect to this things...even I want to be like them.me bhut pareshan karti hu apne asap k logo ko...for which I am guilty...me kahi jane se apne aapko rokti hu..this is my story...I dnt want any kind of medicine and want yo be normal as everyone...I hope I can me normal once day....as it's just making my life hell...wash hair everyday is irritating but I feel helpless....aapki vedio se ek hope mili hai hope I can do this and I will do this...

    I am also facing OCD (God fearing) where i have a constant thought of loosing people n my dear one's by death and it's so damn disturbing. I took psychiatric treatment also but it didn't work.
    I hope your given remedies for curing n removing OCD will help.

      Sir the same things happen with me. I have religion OCD. And clean and hands again and again. Place books again to gain satisfaction. I think with positivity everything is going to be solved and good things will come in life. I want to know that do God punishes us in religion OCD. With thinking about it again and again it leads to increase it. I want to solve it.

    I have staring ocd......it means that I try not to to look at parts of d person iam talking too.....my whole attention is on this thing only...d other person could be anyone.....male/female/child....this actually made my life hell...I lost my love due to this and today only I got a very very bad thought of suicide.... although I will not do it....also I have seen that eye staring ocd information is not known by much.....This video I found very very helpful...let's give it a try

    Mujhe existential nihilism tha; mujhe meditation pehle se aati thi. Aapka video dekha aaj. Mein bhi meditation ko ek option maanker chal raha tha apni nihilism se nikalne ka, lekin try nahi kar raha tha 😅 kyoki mujhe laga tha life toh meaningless hai ji kar kya kunga, apni nihilism ko cure karke kya karunga. Lekin aapki yeh video dekhkar zindagi mein khushiya aa gayi ki mein akela nahi hu jo aesa Hai. Now I will leave happily 😊 Mein kuchh months baad yaha pe aaker share karunga ki mene meditation se apni nihilism ko kese cure kiya. A big thank you 😊🙏

    Hi bro l,ive been doing this meditation for 1 month.The meditation is truly helping me overcome from ocd.But i learnt that i couldnt do the meditation most effectively sometimes as i was very much overwhelmed by the thoughts.
    Dead seriousness.So i first do some laughter therapy by watching laughing videos which hepls me relax.Then i meditate. It also adviced in the book Overcoming unwanted intrusive thoughts(written by ocd expert SALLY M. WINSTON,
    MARTIN N. SEIF )that humour helps strongly to overcome from ocd.

      How do you do it you switch off fans and all and stand still don't you feel hot itchy that time and do you do it in a room or some where open because for silence i have to do it in a room and when i switch off fan i feel hot itchy .
