    मैडम आप के वीडियो से मैं समझ गया हूं की ocd की बीमारी का मेन जड़ क्या है डर और घबराहट इन दोनों ही कारणों से इंसान ओसीडी की बीमारी में चले जाता है यदि इंसान अपने दिमाग से डर और घबराहट निकाल दे तो कभी ओसीडी की बीमारी ही नहीं होगी , किंतु डर भी दो प्रकार के होते हैं एक अच्छा काम करने के लिए डर और एक बुरा काम करने के लिए डर इसका फैसला कौन करेगी हमारी बुद्धि , इसलिए इंसान को शिक्षा बहुत जरूरी है क्योंकि शिक्षा से ज्ञान और बुद्धि विकसित होती है जय श्री राम, जय मां सीता, जय मां पार्वती, जय शिव शंकर

    Mam, mera name atul chaurasiya hai mai 21 years ka hu par mujhe kuch kardo se ocd type ki bimari ho gai jab mai bike chalata hu to mujhe aisa lagta hai ki mere bike me neeche koi chhota baccha a gaya ya bagal se meri bike hit kar gai jise mai nahi dekh paya par kabhi kabhar jab mai peechhe mud kar dekhta ho to kuchh nahi hota isliye mai bike nahi chalata jisse mujhe mere ghar walo se dant sahni padti hai. Sir, mai ek gareeb faimly se belong karta ho mare papa nahi hai . Sir, kya mai in halato ke bavjud koi kam seekh sakta hu ya iske sath sath koi government exam ki taiyari jar sakta hu . Sir, mera koi dost bhi nahi hai . Please reply sir .🙏

    mai OCD se sfar 5 years se kr rhi thi Ye sb cheeze bht achi hai bt sch btaye in sb se aapko kuch pal thik ho skta hai......kaphi controls aa jaate hai bt thik nhi hota....
    Mera mnna hai ki aapko physicatris+ physiologist dono ki help leni chahiye jisse result jldi aaye aur aap thik ho jaaye....
    Dono ki jrurathaj socho aap agr koyi health se fit na ho to hm use zim krne ko thodi na bolte hai phle use ilaaz k liye bhejte hai....phir thik hone pe zim krne ko khte hai.....
    Same OCD bhi hai

    Hii mam mujhe mere problem ka koi solution bataiye bohut paresan ho gyi hu do sal se mujhe ye thoughts paresan kar rahe h jab bhi me ghar se bahar niklu kuch thoughts mujhe repeat karne ke bad mere man saant hota h .to mujhe iski wajah se sar me dard bhi hota h or mujhe apne hi upar taras ata h kab niklu me is chij se .jab tak is chij ko repeat na karu ghabrahat dur ni hoti .Kai bar koshish ki is se nikalne ki me kya karu karu is vichar se keise me khud ko control Karu please mam help me

    Mam i have problem in studing like if i didn't study in morning or the time i thought i will start from that then whole day i just regret that i wasted my time now i can't.. even i wrote the no.of hrs i wasted, in this way one day passed then another day again i started regretting that i wasted 1 day, 2 day,....1week ,Months & year i can't overcome that thought also when i started studing i worried that my motivation for study may not last or i started thinking anything useless that distract or i might not started watching TV , doing net surfing & wasting time unnecessarily & i ended up doing all the things for which i was worried Mam like started net surfing to get rid of that thought because of all these i became poor at academics i wanted to study but i couldn't my friends & family think i am making excuses or i am less intrested towards study but mam i swear deep down i only think regarding study
    Mam i am feeling very helpless please help .
    I don't want to destroy my college years
    Because of all these i only regret ,hate disappointed with myself that i am useless..
    I kept criticising myself day & night
    Help Mam !!🙏🙏

    मैने कई प्रतियोगी परीक्षाएं पास की है लेकिन अभी तक अंतिम रूप से एसएफएल भी हो पाया है। मेरे मन में कोई भविष्य की तारीख आती है और बार बार रिपीट होती है और घबराहट पैदा करता है। मेरे मन में यह बात आती है की अब मेरी नौकरी नही लगेगी और भूत घबराहट महसूस होती है और मेरे आत्मबल को कम करती है। इससे संबंधित कोई थेरेपी हो तो सुझाव दें।

    My wife is suffering from psyzophynia for more than twenty years . Sue has fixed idea that a perticular person doing herm he killing her relatives if he or she died or he is sending her husband ,son and relatives to wrong places .She has this fixed idea .She talking when alone and doing lot of things with hands and feetShe taking some medicine but not improving it is detorated . Doctor please suggest some solution if any . She does want to any work her thinking are always negative . Doctor please help.

    Mam plz meri help kijiye me bahut paresan hun mujhe ocd bahut paresan kar rahi h me family me akeli bahu hun age h 30 year me pure saf safai karti rahti hun na chahte hue bachho ko v kisise milne nhi deti na me khud kisi ghar par bulati hun nahi jati hun or koi mujh ya mere bachho ko tuch na karle bas yahi fear rahta hai pure din roj bal dhona roj tuch kari hui cheez dhona paresan hun plz plz helm me mam aap kaha se ho me apse milna chahti hun treatment karbana chahti hun
